i think i recall Speed of Sound coming out in April - X&Y was released in july, no? sooo... if we're looking at may/june.. surely we'd be seeing a 1st single soon enough. that is, if theyre doing the same sort of thing. i dunno..

yeh, i can relate to that. its sad when you catch up with old friends and you realise how much you've all changed. As sad as I am from leaving friends, I'm also semi-excited about meeting new people. But like I said earlier, I gotta wait a year with my gap year. Which will suck, cos I'll get to Uni and some of my friends will be in 2nd year, while ill only be starting 1st year. hmm.

Yeh, I have to work, so I have enough money to go. Um, Im planning to go to Europe, mainly England though. (im from australia).

yeah. well, i plan to go overseas in my gap year. And I'm fairly sure what I want to do at uni, but the gap year gives me an extra year to think it over.

I'm taking a gap year! I'm kinda apprehensive about it, cos a lot of my friends are going straight into uni. But I still reckon it's worth having a gap year. Is it??

I think Coldplay are far better, but that's my opinion. Radiohead are good, and although I havn't heard much of their stuff yet, what I have heard is good in many ways (melodically, lyrically etc). But yeh, Coldplay are tops for me.

Yeh, I could not not like Coldplay either. And I never cared about other peoples reactions to them either. In fact most people I'm around pay me out for liking them. Pfft, theyre the ones missing out.

Sally, I know what you mean. I've just finished school, and I already miss it. Its kinda sad knowing that you're not gonna see your friends on a day-to-day basis anymore. But I'm sure that the first few weeks will be a bit lonely/awkward, but you'll make friends soon enough - like you said.

Poetry is great. We did it in my final year at school in English. A lot of us were apprehensive about it, but by the end, we all loved it. I like it Charles.

A couple times a "2008" section would pop-up on my screen when the website loaded. But then it would go straight to 2007. So, I wonder whether theyre working on anything atm.

I know what you mean, but I remember wen Speed of Sound came out. I was dying to hear something Coldplay. So I spent a long time on the Coldplayer lol. However, when the album comes out, I will stream play it....several hundred times. Singles are also good for one other thing....b-sides. :D:D:D
