  5. I wish i lived in London, i've been there abouts 3 times now i think in my life to watch bands,etc....It's excellent. I'm from Durham it's near Newcastle, have you ever heard of it?....So what do u study at uni?
  6. Radiohead - Motion Picture Soundtrack
  7. Yeah your right, if it wasn't for The Smiths you wouldn't have had loads of bands that were around today. Oasis, Radiohead and Coldplay have all giving credit to The Smiths for influencing their music and Noel Gallagher wrote Slide Away on Jonny Marrs guitar plus Jonny Marr plays a few tracks on Heathen Chemistry. When i left a comment on this thread i didn't realise the last comment before mine was posted in 2003, where's everyone at? lol
  8. Yeah this page needed to be resurrected, it's the best thread i've seen yet. For some reason the smiths hardly's get mentioned? No one listnens to them where i live apart from maybe's 2 or 3 people and as for your teacher going to see their last ever gig, yeah i hate him to.
  9. Yeah your right, i don't think i would give them my money either. What annoys me the most is they won't even be radiohead fans, they just buy the tickets out of greed because they want the money. There's no point in it they should just leave them for the real fans to buy.......Right i'm off now because it's late over here in england and i'm really tired and need to get some sleep.....bye :)
  10. Yeah that's what happened to me. Radiohead and Morrissey r headlining the v-festival and the tickets sold out in 5 minutes. When i went on e-bay people had bought them just to sell for 300 pounds and more and there's no way i'm paying them prices, no matter how much i love radiohead and morrissey. I'm just going to wait until they play Newcastle near where i live because i'll be able to get tickets for that definitely but i'm not sure when they are playing there yet. I've seen them live before once and they are the best band i've ever seen live, i hope u get to see them play live someday.
  11. Seriously out of all the bands u just mentioned apart from The Rolling Stones, The Who and U2, but we won't mention them, lol. They are all great bands. I love movie soundtracks and movie scores aswell, especially david cronenberg films. Have you seen radiohead live before?
  12. So what other bands do u listen to?....Where r u from?
  13. :) oh well i don't want to make you sad, so for the purpose of this conversation we'll pretend i never said nothing bad about U2, lol. Aslong as you and i both know how i really feel about them and how you really feel about them, i'll take it back.
