ii dont mind her taking the celebrity thing at all (the more the better) but also i hope she respects the cone of silence that coldplay have surrounding their private lives.. lol those two statement conflict each other... on one hand im very intrigued about their personal lives, but on the other hand im very respectful of their choice to keep their (coldplay members) lives very private.

^^ me either i didnt know how respected and well known he was until all his well wishes and support have come in. channel 7 did a good job on their tribute, i was laughing and crying at the same time. im going to watch channel 9 tomorrow night i know this will be a bit more in depth. i hope that his family takes up the invitation to have to have a state funeral thats been offered...

absolutely devestated still! but its amazing the tributes coming into australia zoo, all the flowers, cards, items and kaki shirt being sign on, plus more. it fantastic he definately deserves this reception from the australian public, and im proud as well. yes there is a bit of steve in all aussies and im proud to be one!

im actually going to miss those ads on tv they always made me smile. i agree with what somebady mention before, we should have an steve irwin conservation day for animals in australia, i think he would have wanted this too. well now i have to head off to work, it going to be the talk of the day, i still cant believe it. it was the last thing i thought of before i went to bed and the first thing i thought of when i got up. just cant believe he's gone, there might be a state funernal - i hope they hold it at beerwah, that way i can go as well.

lol 3 in a row, i was just watching tv and this new ad came on. funny thing is its all dont in reverse, exactually like the scientist video, so i enlightened my family on how this would have been done, and may i say there were quite impressed that chris learnt the words backwards. they will become coldplay fanatics!

he was truly a great man. i can't emphasis that further. i went to the australia zoo last year and met terri and took a few pics with her. steve was there too and we saw him in a croc pen showing a few special visitors their eating habits. it was exactly like tv and one of the most fascinating things i've seen. he certainly knew how to entertain the fans while teaching us the importance of wildlife conservation. the good die young and steve was no exception :cry: personally, i feel a huge loss. australia and the world has lost something great. he will be deeply missed. goodness, what an emotional day it's been... i couldnt have said it any better, i still cant believe it, i didnt imagine australia without him. he's just a part of it! imagine if just one person of coldplay dies..... no words to explain, this is why i thank god that they are around.

^^ im so glad i went earlier inthe year, it had been years since i had been there (probably when i went on a school trip in primary school, before the zoo became famous. i just can stop thinking about this, i have work tommorw in a coffee shop, this will be the talking point. but everytime i think about it i get a lump in my throat..

well i have purely been watching the news and a current affair just had a 20 mins special tribute on Steve. i just sat there in disbelief... i cant believe it. at time my whole family was laughing at times and remembering the times when we watched the shows. he was such a lovely character, vibrant and as many people saw him internationally as an australian ambassor, which he really was. the best thing that he leaves behind is his legacy of his foundation, in which i sincerely hopes continues it work in the future dispite this tradgey, in which it is. as somone mention earlier only 2 people in australia have died from sintray's because they arent very agressive animals unless they feel threaten. they spoke to a man that has been hit with a spur from a stingray and live - knowing that if it hit steve anywhere but directly in the heart he would have had a good chance to live. they say he would have died almost instantly. ..... for everyone, channel 9 is showing a tribute to Steve Irwin on wednesday at 7:30pm i will be watching. they also showed a lastling tribute at the end Steve and it made me cry.... He will surely be miss and i beleive a state if not national furneral should be held. hopefully near beerwah so i can go. flowers and messages have also been flowing into australia zoo by many a people including young kids. one thing mentioned on ACA is defintely how Steve would have thought, he would have never blamed the stingray, infact he would have said that the stingray would have every right and that he was in his terrority.... makes you think of how he was such a terriffic person, Australia is mourning.......................

i think australian tv program are obsessed with coldplay. i mean i hear it all the time on sunrise and also i just heard it on extra. plus we just had the river festival fireworks and 2 years in a row there has been coldplay! yep australians love coldplay!

my family just got home everyone is devastated! i cant believe it! he was an awesome bloke. i shall be watching!

yep definately 50 million next album, cos it will be the best album ever in history!

OH MY GOODNESS! i am so sad, i heard it on tv just a few mins ago! i live not too far away from australia zoo and i just went earlier this year, and saw him there. he has dont so much for animals and australia zoo, which was pretty much unknown before he took up the role of ambassdor. he will definately be missed ! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, poor little bindi! a truely remarkable australia, CRICKY!
