I bought it from Amazon too and it jumps a bit at 1:11 but the "Thank you for your order" page with the "download here" button was still open so I just downloaded it again (and again for luck!) Those last two downloads worked perfectly. Maybe if you look at your Amazon downloads folder or something on the Amazon webisite it might give you the option to redownload it. If not I'm sure they will help you and send another link. :\
