I don't hate the guy (I'll probably be the next victim during my sleep :P) but I just don't agree with his belief that he has a solid case against Coldplay. And it's true, the boys clearly feel that they didn't do anything wrong. "Satriani's song "lacks originality," Coldplay's response claims, and shouldn't receive copyright protection."....dem fighting words but hey if he wants a fight, he's getting one :P Don't see him winning this though.
