I love this thread and am heartened to know that I am not the only person who is addicted to Coldplay, as it certainly feels that way here in Adelaide. My colleagues call me Mrs Martin ! I have to confess that I pretty much only listen to Coldplay, I don't really like anyting else. If I had the money I would follow them around the world. I have just had the best week of my life seeing them in Perth and Melbourne and am currently NOT talking to my husband as is refusing to let me fly to Sydney to see them on Saturday despite the fact I have airmiles for a free flight, a friend to stay with and it's my birthday on the 27th. I am not happy! :(

Chris was doing yoga by the pool...looks very fit and toned compared to how he looked in The Nappies!

Yes we were staying at the Hyatt Regency, which by the way, was a dump. Staying at the Hyatt in Melbourne so I wonder if they will be there!!! ( I need my home comforts) It was amazing to see them in the hotel, but I didnt want to get in their personal space so did not go down to the pool when they were there as that would just be a bit creepy!

I was lucky enough to attend the soundcheck on Friday at Burswood (I won the Channel V comp) and then meet the guys afterwards. They really are the nicest people! We then lined up outside agaion afterwards and were so excited to get front row, centre stage...the view was awesome and I have to say it is the best Coldplay concert I have ever seen! It was just explosive and the atmosphere down the front was electric! I got some great pics! The icing on the cake was coming out of the lift at the Hyatt at 1AM to see Chris standing there and we chatted to him again for another few minutes....he totally remembered us as the girls from Adelaide, he said he saw us rocking out in the front row, and also remembered that I told him I was coming to Melbourne to see them next Tues and Weds so he said 'See you in Melbourne'! Ha ha we were so happy. Oh he was also doing yoga by the pool on Saturday morning!

His name is Michael Vartan and I have long had the hots for him. He stared in Alias with Jennifer Garner and also that chick flick Never Been Kissed with Drew Barrymore. A veritable hottie!;)
