  1. @ djcheezymix and kimgan : I agree. Especially about the don't-wanna-grow-up-mentally-just-yet. :D
  2. Hahaha.. Same with me, kimgan! I grew up listening to Blur, Radiohead, and Oasis. I was already a grown up when I listened to Coldplay. :nice: Yeah, I feel old too. :D At some times, I thought to myself that I'm too old for all this. I mean lots, or probably most, of the people here are still talking about school/uni, homeworks, and exams. While I haven't been around those things for years. :laugh3: But this is my life. I wanna have fun, and this is fun and keeps me feel young like a teenager. :smug:
  3. Oh...Min... I just read your story. It was so sad. I'm very sorry. He must be meant a lot for you. I hope being here sharing your passion on Coldplay with us would cheer you up.
  4. Very true. When I told my friends that I'm going to Singapore to see Coldplay, they were like "are you insane? why would you spend all those money just to see a concert?" but with also a bit of admiration of course. :D I'm sorry, I don't know Rachel Yamagata. What kind of music does she play? I always tend to like british bands. I like Blur, Travis, and Stereophonics before I knew Coldplay. And thanks to members of coldplaying, now I'm also very much into Muse, Interpol, Editors, Arcade Fire, Elbow, etc. :nice:
  5. Definitely! :laugh3: We'll figure it out somehow so that won't happen to our dear Will. :D I understand you. Lots of people here have the same obsessiveness and (more important for me) have the same taste in music. I really like it here. :nice:
  6. Exactly what's in my mind. :P But then again it will be very funny imo. :laugh3:
  7. :laugh3: Having a day off? If they're recording in zero gravity, they must make a video too. Now that will be very interesting, seeing them floating around in the air while playing their music. I mean really floating and not with special effects. But... it probably will be very difficult for Will. :D
  8. And I'm sure Guy is an expert in doing CPR and stuff. :D Gosh, I'm at work right now and I can't help laughing reading this thread. :laugh3:
  9. I surely hope so. *prays* After all, they've only released 1 DVD which is definitely not enough. :D Thank you. This is cool.
  10. Oh, that is so true! :nice: He is, and Yellow is very special to me too. It is the song that have made me so in love with Coldplay. I've joined. I'm sure it is not so hard to find out which one I am on that group. :D I also invited some friends who are not on this forum yet but very keen in joining our adventure. I hope it's okay. :)
  11. My friend also at that section and she has this photo of Chris who was only 1 meter away from her. Lucky her! Yes, touching his what? :D
  12. I have a handful of butterflies from singapore show. I am willing to share and would like to get some from other shows. :nice:
  13. They just lighten up our days, don't they? :nice: I wonder when the restaurant was established. :D Today at work, a friend of mine was searching the radio freq for good music, and then I heard the tune of In My Place. So I kind of yelled at him not to change the freq. And when the song was over, I told him that he can change the freq now. All along the song, he was just staring at me like I was insane or something. :laugh3:
  14. True. It was the BEST moment of the night imo. :D I was one of them! To be honest, that's what I did. I mean, I needed to save my energy to the very end of the concert, right? :D :) I know. I feel the same. Not to be mean to the lucky ones, but Min's got a point. The lady should asked for a 'more difficult' songs and not the ones that everybody knows. God! Why not me! :P I've joined and will start to save up now. :nice:
  15. Same with me. :( When will it be available around the world? If it's not available in NZ, I'm sure it's not in my country.
  16. The Alchemyst, by Michael Scott
  17. Speaking of hotness :nice:, Neil looked pretty cute at his younger age. :D I didn't get why he said it was an embarrassing photo. :laugh3: Read his journal here.
  18. ^^ That is exactly how I feel about the movie. It was so lack of emotion. I mean as two people deeply in love, they surely didn't show any emotion and connection between them. The expression on their faces were so... cold.
  19. I miss them too. Thinking of years till they come again, gosh. :( This isn't the first time a journalist wrote this kind of article. Can't they see how we love all of them and not just Chris? That line is so shallow imo. :\
  20. dunno 1 2 3 4 - Feist
  21. Which song is that?
  22. Yellow - Coldplay :D
