what do you mean one turn? if you mean like one bite then no.... it takes me a while to eat one. i don't eat them that often though because they have a lot of sugar :(

i ate a banana for breakfast! i haven't had a banana in like a month... a couple of motnhs ago on the news they said that eating one banana raises your blood sugar as much as eating one mars bars! i don't really believe it (even though I know bananas have a lot of sugar) but i still only eat bananas just once in a while. I love bananas !!! :D

well I think x&y is ok... it was the first coldplay album i listened to so i guess if i had listened to it after arobtth and parachutes i would have been disappointed.. but it is the album that got me into coldplay so I have to give it some credit. parachutes and arobtth are better though. :) they just have this special undescribably quality.... it's quite hard to explain but i think some people know what i mean.
