Anyone ever do this or meet one or all of the band this way? How late do they come out? What about security? Any info would be great!

Hey. I may as well chime in, too, about the signs. Do you remember, Joe, I emailed you directly over a month ago that I didn't have the time or resources to print signs and be a part of the sign gang any longer regretfully? I will do what I can for my section. To date, I haven't printed any signs. I'll try to print some but I can't promise 500. I spend most of my time on the computer at work and printing them from work won't fly. I'll see what I can do. And...I will be arriving to the show late. :cry: I have to work since we are shorthanded due to someone being on vacation. I work until 6, then I have to pick up my son and bring home, and then get my Dad for the show and we'llbe one our way. I'm thinking I'll get there around 8. Possibly later.

I used to have a crush on Chris Farley...I know, I know...he was fat and average looking but he was funny and I love that in a guy. If you can make me laugh, I will love you. I was so sad when he died.

Hi. I joined the perv unit a few weeks ago. Sadly, no pervy dreams to report yet. But I was at the Today Show concert (2nd row) and had lots of pervy thoughts. Hopefully it will induce some lovely dreams. :lol:

New York is great. But yes, it is dirty and smelly. But I love it there. Just wouldn't want to live there and yes, very expensive. Philadelphia is underatted. Philly is great. I only live 15 minutes from there.

1.) Visit London 2.) Visit Paris 3.) Visit the Middle East (Not so much anymore). 4.) Be a singer in a band (too shy and stagefright) 5.) Travel world and take photos of ordinary people and publish it. I love the human race. 6.) Learn to play the violin 7.) Meeting Coldplay would be lovely 8.) Open my own business---an antique shop or a Victorian bed and breakfast I've been pretty blessed in this lifetime---maybe I still will get to do all these things.

Sorry for the new thread. Any one have a good quality taping of the show? My grandfather taped it and as grateful as I am for what I have--he missed the last hour. His VCR's time was off an hour (from the time change and he never changed it) so I am missing an hour. I'd love to have the entire show. Preferably on DVD...is that even possible? I am technology impaired. I'll pay someone for a copy and for postage.

Hi Jazz. Glad you made it home safely. I was going to call you. I am beat, severely sleep deprived (over 30hrs). My feet, ankles and legs are in agony but it was worth it and I'd do it again without hesitation!!!! Ian, thank you again so much! I really had the best time of my life. Really, I did. As an avid music lover (Coldplay in particular) it was pretty amazing to see how things come together before a show. You know, seeing things we wouldn't otherwise see. I have a lot of respect for the stagehands, etc. The soundcheck itself was more than I had ever expected and the show itself was just phenomenal. I will upload my pictures shortly. I need to rest up a bit but they are on their way. Thank you!!! And it was lovely meeting some fellow Coldplaying.com members. We are an extraordinary group!!! And thank you to the band for the show. I can't say anything that hasn't been said before. I just love them.

That was my plan. The original date was 6/26. That is when I am going to NYC. I'm only 1 hour 15 minutes away. I swear the date was 6/26. I saw it on EMI's website and The Daily Shows website about a month ago. But then it surfaced a few days ago that its actually 6/25. That was my plan---get to the city tomorrow and wait around the studio and hopefully meet one or all of them. Now I'm planning to get there tomorrow and enjoy the city, get to the Today Show early Friday to get a good spot....hopefully win those VIP passes. I wish I knew where they were staying. The very posh Waldorf Astoria is mere blocks away....I wonder...

Oh, I have a room now. It's just a few blocks away. I was aiming for there, though at first. I just had to settle for something a bit farther away. Have a safe trip to & from. It's gonna be a blast at the show.
