woohoo! i remembered something correctly (sort of) for a change; COLDPLAY's CHRIS MARTIN has recorded a duet with Canadian singer songwriter RON SEXSMITH, NME.COM can reveal. Despite his commitments to Coldplay, Chris found time to record the duet ‘Gold In Them Hills’ at London’s Electric Earth East Studios earlier this year. The duet will appear as a bonus track on Sexmith’s fifth album ‘Cobblestone Runway’, released on November 4. The Coldplay singer has long been a Ron Sexsmith fan and jumped at the chance to sing on the country-tinged ballad. Ron Sexsmith plays a UK tour in late November and early December and Chris Martin is tipped to put in a guest appearance if Coldplay’s tour schedule allows it.
