well - this will be somewhat sketchy at first cos i never seem to pay that much attention to detail - but i did manage to tape it (i think) so i will probably change what i've written accordingly. interviews - good. for ginger - guy spoke! and looked nice! will looked decidely green and a bit scary, jonny looked lovely (and like david beckham according to my dad - but i think he's a bit pissed). chris made usual westlife jokes (he said flying without wings was his fave coldplay song which prompted the "is that a coldplay song?" from my dad - which shortly followed "do they write their own songs?" - i despair of the man!) and told edith bowman about some girl he fancied when he was 15. it was funny, which is as to be expected from coldplay. i will no doubt have it on again later so more details to follow. gig - LOADS missed out. shiver, daylight, AROBTTH, green eyes - v.disappointing. BUT they did show 1 I love, which surprised me and it was great. ooh - and no life is for living, which is a shame cos it's the perfect ending. and as for me - well, the woman standing in front of me was definitely shown in the crowd shots of everything not's lost, but i don't know about me. why i can recognise her but not myself is just plain odd but nevermind. and i think that's it. :lol:

my first time seeing them was in april 2001 and i remember being scared to death when i heard they'd cancelled gigs - i'd built it up for weeks beforehand and if it had been put off i'd have been devastated. it was great, but i reckon they're much stronger/better now :lol:

actually, apologies for bad maths, i think i was 14 - or was i? erm....i'm 16 now, parachutes was released on my birthday, erm.....2 years ago. right so i was 14 when parachutes was released but 13 when i heard of coldplay for the first time. i think :oops: argh! catherine, help me out!!!

hahaha - i'm the same. i'd only just stopped boring my mates with lpool/glasto coldplay stories when i went to see them in manchester, and then it started all over again. :lol:
