  1. ooh - forgot this as well. for you ginger, regarding guy. he seemed to be going for the "rock god" look and had a couple of buttons on his shirt undone. i could only describe his hair as a condensed afro, but he still managed to look cool.
  2. oh god, just remembered, i thought AROBTTH was great too - v.powerful. but i'd love to hear a whisper live as well.
  3. oh yeah, you're right. wow, the hidden powers of smilies.
  4. i know...glastonbury. i can't wait till next year.
  5. they're great! that first one's amazing - how do you get them so good?
  6. right, i know i'm gonna look slightly crazy (and pathetic) as this is my 3rd post in a row but i forgot to say - the one thing i was disappointed about last night was that there were no covers! well, apart from nelly, but i thought maybe oasis might have been done. after, lpool, where lips like sugar with ian mculloch made my year, i was kind of expecting one. but nevermind.
  7. oohh - and as far as the gig goes, i think i can talk (well, type) about it now. a little bit. but catherine's said most of what i would anyway. my favourite songs were shiver (cos it always is), one i love, and life is for living ( it made me  a little bit - but don't tell catherine). and daylight was fantastic too. and i am still in a state of post-gig shock as is normal with coldplay - where i don't know whether i'm ridiculously happy or sad. it seems like it'll be such a long time before we see them again ( with the whole worldwide promotion thing) but i am still waiting and hoping to see amsterdam live.
  8. what a shame, cos if you weren't; and my utterly bizarre favourite; it's a cheerleader apparently, but i thought it was a snail.
  9. or..."there were 7 (?) in the bed and the little one said roll over, roll over"
  10. mine changed and now it's faster. but i don't understand why or how. nevermind. :)
  11. you know, really, i thought it was just ok.
  12. oooohhh - i love listening to music on trains. especially at night - i think it might be because it makes me feel like i'm in a film or something. or then again, it might not.
  13. it does seem popular amongst most people (who don't really like coldplay) but then so did in my place, which got to No2 but dropped really quickly. i dunno.... :?
  14. ta - you're sooo lucky.
  15. dave's girl posted a topic in Coldplay Live
       that gig was ok, i suppose.

  18. i'm off now - hamlet awaits!
  19. i'm here - but shall disappear in a minute. i think.
  20. the local commercial radio stations are awful. but then i suppose our local is a little different to yours. coldplay seem to be sort of radio 1 darlings though - and it comes in handy sometimes - exclusives etc on steve lamacq/jo whiley. :)
  21. it does seem really pointless - and there should be more songs. but most of the ones that are there are brilliant.
  22. i love the "secrets" bit in amsterdam - but i'm positive i hear different words every time i listen. anyhow, must get back to work. bye!!!
  23. i think sometimes is my favourite. i love the lyrics. :)
  24. that dial thing's a pain in the arse. :x
