People that won't do their best for the band: Get rid of those!:) Guitar players that likes to pick up the bass: Kill them! :laugh3: You don't find on the right place in that band: Find something else. Your drummer suck but your guitarist is very good: Get a better drummer and worse guitarist. Drums, Percussion, base, other rhythm are the most important things you need.. when you listen to a song, the first thing your brain notice are the rhythm instruments. The rhythm must be as good as possible and guitars are using that rhythm to know what too play. Drummer with a poor feel: Get rid of them. Guitarist with an HUGE ego: Get rid of them. Bassists that are bad at ballets: Get rid of them. Singers that think screaming is very cool: Get rid of them. Musicians that only plays because it's cool to do: Get rid of them. Musicians that do their best for the band but arn't very good: Let them join the band! Musicians that can't play well but know how to use their heart in music: Let them join the band!
