I just realized how good 'Clocks' is. I've been a fan for damn near five years, and it just came to me. Always thought it was a good song, but just right now it hit me how great it honestly is. Still not my favourite, but it serves as a good track to follow. It reaffirms for me the value of this art the boys create, that after a long time scouring their songs for every appreciable nook and crater, one can still find something novel in it. Felt like sharing. Toodles.

I asked Chris in particular whether or not he feels all the unwanted attention he gets from the paps is worth it. Thought it might be welcome.

For that I hope somehow they play White Hart Lane :D

I love the minalist booklets and art design. How else would we know that The Scientist is Dan? Oh and I believe that at one point lyrics were posted on their old X&Y era website.

Voted for DAAHF, but I don't care what they decide to call it. It will always be Famous Old Painters to me.

Hopefully they play All Points West, then I wouldn't have spent $250 just to see Radiohead twice.

On a lighter note, anybody else get the feeling that this album may end up sounding a bit like Blue Room?

Probably means the first single is to be released before then.

It's a question that's been puzzling me for years, can anyone tell me what exactly is going on at the end of the studio version of Gravity from 5.36 to the end? Sounds a bit like guitar feedback but the pitch changes too much for that to be true. Any ideas? Strings maybe?

For some reason my Coldplay calendar has written "Will Champion Day" on it today.

Under this Wikipedia article's 'upcoming releases' section the new album is called 'A New Finding', most likely misinformation or speculation, but I quite like it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_in_music#Speculated_album_releases

Based on the hints at an 'experimental' new album, I think "Something Out There" would be a fitting title. Sorta captures all the positive imagery Coldplay conjures for me.
