Martin and Embrace’s Danny McNamara are old friends and played together back in 2000 before Coldplay’s monumental rise to fame. Chris has never forgotten how the group helped out in the early days and as a result has donated the song ‘Gravity’, which will be the first track to be lifted from Embrace’s long-delayed new album which is due on September 13. Speaking about the song, Chris Martin said: "We’ve always loved Embraceand Danny is one of my best friends. When we wrote ‘Gravity’ we thought it sounded far too much like them for us, but not too much like them for them, so I asked Danny if he wanted the song and that was that." ‘Gravity’ is released on Independiente on August 30.

they aren't on adverts selling Products, like shoes or tampons or even biscuits. although, they never said they'd never put them on adverts. Just the ones they support. Oasis used to be on Eastenders all the time too, when they have a new album, i bet they're back on there

Ah... :angry: i'm a bit annoyed at Channel 4, they had coverage of the Isle of White festival, and they showed Motorcycle Emptiness and Design For Life. surely they could have shown songs they aren't ALWAYS shown :dozey: better than nothing i suppose but :/

ah...anyone heard the TERRIBLE TERRIBLE version, by Jamie Cullum (i think that's how his second name is)...it's really Terrible. I downloaded his album, just to see what the semi little bit of fuss was about him, and it's terrible. Download it and find out for yourselves, but i think you'll agree with me in saying there's only one word to describe it, and that is, Awful!

i do actually do that quite a bit.., the more i see people in routines it makes me think about how organised and plain humans have made life... surely we could redesign the way we all live, so that so many people, even in developed countries like Engand, don't have to work so so hard. it realy does kill people, but people just pass it off as being 'life' that you reach a certain age, and then if you don' go to uni, then it's work for the rest of your life :/ i hate it..and it's not happening to me ;) :)
