A tad OT, but just_a_spy (and everyone else ;)), how amazingly incredible is the piano and Chris' voice when he's singing the part 'You give me love over/ love over/ love over this...'? I get goosebumps. Dude, it is jut one of the greatest songs ever written! :goofy: There are so many Coldplay songs with a great chorus... !

Hmmm... I can see the resemblance, but I think the COLDPLAY ad is far more superior. :) It's an 'updated version' I guess you could say. I think the 30 seconds we got is just so incredible. THE COLOURS! Like many people have said, it's really hard not to watch it over and over... :D But yeah, I agree with you Bloody; me be extremely happy if this turns out to be the video for VIVA LA VIDA... *does Chris dance* :P

Yeah, I think it's the VIOLET HILL video rather than a VIVA LA VIDA one. The iTunes ad is so awesome. It's fun and colourful, and has COLDPLAY in it! :D I couldn't really ask for more... except maybe a full version, and possibly a new album. ;)

Gah, that video just looks incredible! :smug: I hope we're still getting some announcement today. I know it's still reasonably early in the UK, but I cannot wait. Reading all your comments about it being a possible single release, I do hope it is -- well, B-sides anyway -- but how is that something with big global reach? :confused: I mean, I understand that it's released to the world, but I'm expecting something more exciting than that. I would love to see an Australian concert, but that seems highly doubtful... If it hasn't already been revelead, HURRY! :D

I thought I read somewhere that Chris' brother's band was going to support them...? Can't recall for the life of me where I saw that. I agree though, as mentioned above, that the 'bigger' named bands wouldn't support COLDPLAY. (Meaning; The Killers, Radiohead, U2, Oasis etc.) Not that they are too good, just that they can sell concerts out themselves, you know? Can't wait to find out who it is though. I hope it's a band like Interpol or something.
