i don't know if you saw my last post but its not out until april 25... when you go to the website it says at the top of the window 'IN UK CINEMAS APRIL 25'

yea i downloaded their album awhile ago but i haven't listened to it much... it's a bit boring and i definately think they are being hyped up wayy too much by pitchfork and other websites.

well i hate to bring more bad news for the day butt i was looking around for more info about The Escapist and i found the official website and... it says there the movie isn't coming out until April 25th :\ so thats about a month away.... http://www.escapistthemovie.com/

i'd just like to express my displeasure in the fact that THEY HAVE STILL NOT ANNOUNCED THE 2ND LEG OF THE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR!!!!!!!!! I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER!

i bet you wouldn't if they changed it to an earlier date :P haha i don't know.. im pretty pessimistic about the time it takes prospekt to give us updates... i don't think we'll here from him for another week or two but i really hope i'm wrong. I mean the tracklist isn't THAT exciting of news because we haven't actually heard any of the songs... i'm really just waiting for violet hill... it gives me chills even thinking about the day i go to their website and that starts playing...

i know this post is pretty old... but i couldn't agree more. also, for some reason ive always kind of imagined 42 sounding radiohead like so im too surprised. all these rolling stone articles are driving me INSANE!! if we got violet hill this week... i would probably have to consider this the best week of my life...

yea i agree with the last two posts. I still like the title but i think it would be better with maybe a 'with' or even a slash.

well i personally love it. i don't completely understand the death and all his friends but i think its just supposed to be like... you can either live life or join death and all his friends... idk i want an explanation from the band but i really don't think it's necesarilly a 'double title'. the two are connected somehow and we just need to wait for chris and the boys to explain!

If you go back and look at coldplay.com right now they put one quotation mark before Viva and other after Friends. So it reads 'Viva La Vida or Death and All his Friends'. There wasn't enough room to write it on one line so he had to seperate it into 3 lines leading us all to believe there were 2 options.

Prospekt has updated the new entry on coldplay.com and has added quotes around BOTH titles which suggests that the title is "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" This also could mean they have been watching coldplaying.com because they may have noticed we misinterpreted the original post so they changed it! what do you guys think?

wow... he put quotes around the whole thing so it looks like it really is going to be "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" I actually kinda like it.... a lot. THIS IS MORE PROOF THAT THEY ARE READING COLDPLAYING.COM... they saw we misinterpreted the post so they changed it! i guess VLVODAAHF isn't too ridiculous after all!

Reign of Love i'd like to see poppy fields and rainy day but they haven't mentioned anything about them since the original list so im skeptical...

as of right now i hate it but i'm hoping once i see it on an album with the artwork it will seem better... idk... coldplay aren't hispanic so it's just weird to have a BRITISH band make an album with a spanish title...

theres been a new star up for a few hours now about the pemberton festival... surprised it's not up here yet. also referring to hidden links... on the garden state star there is a link to a youtube video in the grey area underneath... dont know if anyone else saw that..

if the famous painters link is NOT referring to the album title then i think the best backup option for the new album title would be 'life in technicolor' just because of how colorful the new design is... im really starting to warm up to famous old/new painters though :D

i COMPLETELY agree. i don't know why coldplay is ok with us learning practically EVERYTHING about the new album from outside sources. It's not as fun for us or for them. it's getting really annoiyng. and i checked amazon and they still have the may 19 date listed. this june date is just more rumors.
