Im spreading CP love around, i gave a copy of Parachutes and AROBTTH to a guy i know because he had XY and he liked it so i offered it to him. I ll probaly see him tomorrow and see if he likes it. You never know ther might be a new Coldplayer among us. Fingers Crossed

I just cant wait! yay!!!Coldplay are definetly gonna rule 2008. But one thing that i dont understand is when Prospeckt(whoever th hell he is) said "two top-division songs released independently". I dont understand, does that mean they will release 2 songs which will not be on LP4????

Well ive decided to break it down and search things to find out what we know of Prospeckt. Okay, here goes We know first thing he has a little room above where the boys work/rehearse in their studio. "Chris just burst into my little room upstairs at the studio. He’s been working on lyrics. Much more abstract, much more visual than before. This is reflected in the music too: less straightforward, more oblique" Also, he was with the band before they got a record deal, that pratically rules out Eno. "The control room is tiny. Literally smaller than my bedroom. The live room isn’t much bigger. About the size of the rehearsal room we used to have pre-record deal" He dosent like Tension and dosent go studio alot of the time. "I have to confess that, as a confirmed non-musician, this approach slightly worries me. My feeling is that the album should be made up of the nine best recordings. If that means eight thrash metal tracks and one ballad then so be it. However that’s not the way the band see it and I have to respect their integrity" He knows them for quite a long time from what he says as he says its the album he dreamed they would make so this tells us again he has known the band for a number of years. "This is the album I always dreamed they would make. It's the sound of a band realizing their own strength. The sound of four men with total confidence in themselves and one another" This is also said in a later Journal also, Friday 26 October 2007 - London "this will be the album I always dreamed we'd make" He knows the guys and their duties in the band so this shows a relationship between them both. "Guy - always the tastemaker and musical authority of the band - has guided and shaped the whole process always pushing but unafraid to rein things in when necessary" He is an authority in the band and is important for them as he helps with artwork , Live shows,Coldplay.com etc. The ups and downs come thick and fast at this point in proceedings. One minute we're all buzzing about the mix of Prospekt's March; the next we're crippled by doubt over the drum track for Lost! One minute we're over the moon about a new artwork idea; the next, we're all gloomy about our slow progress in designing the live show. Later today, we've got a meeting about coldplay.com and how to make it the best darn website out there. So thats about all the stuff i could get about Prospeckt i hope it helped in switching on your brains and helping find out who this guy is.

I just saw the shiver vid today and even tho i have seen it before i fell in love with it. Its so good and theres something pure about it. Amazing and they all look young. Chris included.

Parachutes is excellent. Just yesterday i was listening to all the album through and on everything not lost my heart just jumped. Thats why i love Parachutes than any other album of Coldplay even though there all brilliant and even though Politik is my favourite track of ALL time, Parachutes is just my personal favourite.
