  1. Ahhh yeah that's right. I forgot about that one. But just going with X&Y to Ghost Stories, we never heard the closing track before the album's release.
  2. The other thing that is keeping me from listening to the new songs, is the fact that its the album opener and closer. I don't mind hearing the opener so much, but I have always heard the album closer last after listening to the album. This is the first time they have played a closer live before the album's release if I recall correctly.
  3. Wow that's awesome. What a great way to correct that! I hate when people do that though. Especially when some are on beat and some are off beat. It just sounds like constant clapping over the song.
  4. Oh ok, gotcha haha. Well anyway for anyone else wondering, I found a video of it. Go to 3:50 You can hear the mixed "ohs". It makes me cringe! Lol.
  5. Haha that is hilarious, but what I meant was people switching up the melody of the chorus. I'll find an example, give me a few lol.
  6. Oh God that is just awful. That's basic stuff. If you don't know that, then.... Come on.
  7. I'm waiting also. We can do it! Not long now! [emoji2]
  8. Yeah seriously. Those are the same people who sing the wrong "ohs" part in Paradise's chorus. If you get what I mean lol.
  9. Oh that would annoy any true Coldplayer for sure.
  10. This album is a mix of everything! From their look to the themes in some songs. Its really cool.
  11. Oh no, I wasn't trying to start anything. I was just kidding about the complaining thing. Sorry about that. I can see why some people may not like that line. I respect it :)
  12. Excellent point. I think it's just cause people need something to complain about. I think it's great though. Especially with comparing it to Low. Low is a somewhat upbeat song with some depressing/motivating lyrics. With the end though, saying he feels low, and now he feels high again. It goes with Chris' recent interviews about him just being greatful that he is alive. He's genuinely happy, so he feels high. He's not at a low point in life and I think that's awesome. Yeah, the new music may not be rocky like some of us want, but the fact that the band are all happy with it and are feeling great about it, makes me excited. This album is gonna make you feel greatful to be alive. You are going to want to take the dreams in your head and make them become a reality. This album really is a celebration of life. If you really think about it, we are all extremely lucky to be here. Sure sometimes life knocks us down, and we can feel depressed or angry, but that is what the beautiful part is. We are lucky to have those feelings. This album is going to not only represent that, but its going to tell us that as well.
  13. Wow, I did not know that's what Chris said. That's an awesome lyric. Especially with what just happened a week ago. I like Amazing Day even more now lol.
  14. This is an excellent point. Reading it and how it sounds in the song are entirely different.
  15. Nope, I see it too. Edit: it mentions Hymn For The Weekend, Fun, Everglow, Adventure Of A Lifetime, and Up&Up.
  16. Haha hit the nail on the head.
  17. Hopefully it's the first one!
  18. Yeah that was my reaction when I first saw it too lol.
  19. If I recall, Phil said to a fan that they wouldn't be returning to the studio until Spring 2016. The album is obviously out in December, so that kinda hints towards an EP.
  20. I wouldn't go that far lol
