I vote Christmas Lights.. Cause I haven't been a fan of Christmas since I grew up and started spending it in the ugly cold, dark weather and barely seeing my family for it. Sadly Christmas Lights reminds me of all that, it's bittersweet (more bitter than sweet) hearing it.

Well rumors are gonna keep popping regardless, and us anxious fans will latch on to them in blind hope.. I'm not sure when to expect the release, but fuck no, waiting till next year would be death to Coldplay and all their friends! Haha.. Truly, as stated before, the most annoying part of this is the band not sharing a single thing, nothing, not even a post about filming the video, not even a picture of the band in the studio... NADA! I know they are old but beyond sure they know how to use their phones to snap a pic and share something. It's so old school to keep quiet with all these new ways of staying in touch with your fans. I'm not mad, just continuously let down. And you are right, I remember the article wasn't written in English. But how can even people who directly spoke with the band have the timing of such rumor wrong too?

Well if nothing happens tomorrow, guess even Atlas Project has the prediction of "new single in a few days" wrong. It's coming close to a week of waiting now..

Is there anyone from Atlas Project on the forum? Do they release the interviews with the band, or just share tid bits?

With the reliable source's rumor last week and "a few days" as the timeframe for the single, I expected this week to have a lot of activity from the band. Would they really drop a single without any previous hints?

I really am rooting for Hurts Like Heaven to win this era, it's prob the Coldplay song I've listened to the most.. I got Princess of China

Hopefully Coldplay really move into darker music after AHFOD, and not "darker" like Ghost Stories, that was just too plain and forgettable. It be silly if they kept trying to write poppier and poppier albums with time

Haha, well some people are voting for DAAHF so there's some of us who prefer COL as a whole, but it's not like I don't also love DAAHF, it's only by a little I prefer one over the other.

And I urge those voting for cemeteries to especially listen to that Jonny solo part and the songs forward momentum ;)

I never expected DAAHF to make it this far.. I really want the finally to be between Violet Hill and Cemeteries.. And I actually think Cemeteries is my favorite of the album. (That guitar solo, that rhythm, bass line, hook, and eeriness, fricking amazing start to finish)... So yeah I vote DAAHF
