I do agree that commercialism isn't bad. What I'm saying is the way that the music industry has gone about doing it especially recently is bad. And clearly what they are doing must be something wrong because their profits are nothing like they used to be.

I agree for the most part. I feel that the music industry cares so much about making money that it's lost it's way for finding or releasing good music. I'm not saying that the music today is not important, but I think that it's turned more into money than anything else. I think also perhaps the way it markets itself may have done harm, by not fully embracing (at least initially) the use of the internet or digital downloads. Particularly in the early 00's when napster first started. I think if it had somehow embraced this that the industry might not be in such bad shape as it is. Also I think it's the biggest threat to itself because now more than ever anyone else can make music on their own and sell it. In some sense the big record companies aren't even needed anymore.

I used to love Give Up the Ghost, but after a while of listening to it a lot I find it a bit boring. Nice with the Butcher... honestly I think it's my favorite song of the new album and the single I don't hate it... in fact it's one of my most listened to songs off the new album recently

i couldn't make a list. After a few hundred listens of the same 8 songs i'd get sick of them.

I just got back from seeing them live.... they were so amazing! What a tight band! Their set was only 45 mins, but it was really great never the less. Though I wished they played Dors Dans Mon Sang.
