Well I guess I was misguided by you starting your post with "I wouldn't have an issue with..." which infers that you do have an issue with my personal beliefs. Jesus is just what makes sense to me. Of course, he was what I was raised to believe in, but that doesn't change the fact that I agree with his teachings for my own personal reasons. There are other things/people that influence my life. Buddhism and Hinduism both have a lot of great teachings, and some of their practices also influence me. However, as far as one specific person goes, Jesus is the one that I identify myself with more than any other. Just so everyone knows, I'm not arguing about religion (because that's ridiculously immature), I'm just explaining my beliefs.

Organized religions have started wars and murdered thousands of people throughout the course of history. They've suppressed minority groups and slowed scientific advancement. Jesus' message wasn't about any of that. Religion is a personal matter, so why should I have to go to a church and talk to some priest about things that are my own personal business? Get off my back, it's my personal decision and it affects you in no way whatsoever, so fuck off troll.
