Ok I've been talking to some Argentine friends and this is actually a HUGE deal. People are really furious with the director of the AFA. He's really corrupt (he's a good friend of Sepp Blatter, that should tell you something) and he pays the owners of the clubs to get votes on issues like this. The entire country is against it.
