Violet Hill sounds a lot different from the other songs. I like it but like you said I fear that it will be overplayed. Oh well better that than song like 42.

I absolutely hate Yellow/Clocks. There the only Coldplay songs I really hate and I think that is in part to the radio/tv/media overplaying them out the wazoo.

I think most people will agree with this: Most people here hate ROL based off the simplicity of it. You have all kinds of songs in there with different sounds in it especially 42 which has 3 different kinds of sounds to it.

At first I hated this track. I mean I liked it but compared to the others it was not so good. Well after more listens to it I am starting to like it more and more.

Best song off the entire album is easily 42. Lyrics are incredible and you add to that 3 different parts which add a new level to Coldplay's greatness.

I went to check it out the leak on Myspace and it told me since I lived in the United States that I wont be able to view it or something to that extent. Is there somewhere else it will leak? Ive already heard it all but would love to hear it in a better quality if possible?

I like Yes a lot (2nd favorite track off album) but granted CSS is a good song it is one of the worst songs off the album. I think combined it isnt so good.

my view on viva la vida Well so far I think this album is a success. Chris often said this album will either be complete success or failure. I dont know if it's just Eno's influence on the band or the fact that it's just excellent but it is. I adore this album and cant wait until the seventeenth

i really like this song. it blends in perfectly with lovers in japan.

If I was going by music alone I would say Yes is the best song. If vocals are included in the song then I will keep it as 42 being the best song.

I would like to hear more songs sung by Chris like in Yes. His voice in that sure shows a lot of range for what we have seen so far from him.
