to my disappointment, im not going to find any coldplay threads like their new look in Melbourne. Maybe I might find some viva la vida boardies...

I have uni exams next week, and the new album comes out this saturday. I have been procrastinating to the max, spending too much time on the net looking up all the reviews of the new album, listening to their songs a million times and looking up anything to do with viva. If only there was an exam on coldplay. This album is the greatest distraction of all time. Oh well, back to the study. Anyone else having this problem??

I agree, EMI will probably want to bleed coldplay dry of songs just to break even this year. At what expense? If I was coldplay I would ditch EMI. Though I would love a b-sides album out this year too please...

I agree.. all of these songs have such imaginative but quite wierd names.

Yeah, that would be a shame but considering they have so many b-sides allegedly produced I wouldn't be surprised. So many bands are releasing b-side albums these days. It's a bit of a shame. But still - another coldplay album to look forward to, i'm not complaining if thats the case!

Anyone got any ideas? It would be nice if they actually released this one as a single, with proper B-Sides and all. They have plenty of b-sides to choose from going by the number of tracks proposed in the threads and news.

I'll be headin to JB I will be outside JB Hi Fi (hopefully, work permitting) on Sat Morning to get Viva. IF not, the afternoon will still do. But it will def be from JB. None of this online downloading. Only the best are bought in store. 10 More days. AAH!!!

hi from another new member, from Melbourne AUS. I cant believe the hype for the new album and it's great to see all these people's excitement too!!

Album HAS been leaked hey guys, was on torrentz.com this morning and noticed that the whole new album was put up, about 91MB at 320kb quality. Clicked on the link and it went through to mininova where it said the torrent had been taken off. SO that has to be EMI's doing. What I did notice though was that it had been on the site for 7 hours and had a lot of number of seeders and leechers. So, if it is true, the album is doing the rounds!!! But im so psyched about the release I am waiting until saturday 14th when i can get it in the shops!!
