Anywhere on the floor, I reckon. Its all standing, no seats. If you get there before 9:30pm, you 'should' be able to get front 5 rows standing room, so a good spot. It's a good venue anyway, so you will feel close to the band. As for getting lost, you wont because its really a simple and nice venue.

Yeah that was hilarious. lol, I was considerate last night and decided not to go front row... I was up on the balcony, right up the front in a red checked shirt. It was an awesome spot. Got to see everything going on, including a fight in the last song, and someone fainting pre-show. What were you wearing, MimDownUnder? There were a lot of good looking girls at the gig. It was great fun, except the sound was way too loud, its almost like they thought they were playing at Rod Laver... As for tonight, its sold out, so it'll be much more packed... and everything is 1/2 an hour later!! So they wont come on until 11:15pm... It's ridiculous!

I've come here to vent. No CD single for Crying Lightning. My collection is not going to like this. Crying Lightning Release Announcement Arctic Monkeys release new single 'Crying Lightning' on Monday 17th August 2009. The single shall be available in 3 different formats, 7", 10" and MP3 Digital Download. 'Crying Lightning' will be the first single released through Oxfam's network of charity shops in 25 years. Proceeds will go to help the charity's lifesaving work around the world. The limited-edition 7", which features a cover of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds 'Red Right Hand', will be available in every one of Oxfam's 700 high street shops. Each single will include a download code allowing fans to get an MP3 version of the songs for free. There will also be a 10" release featuring B-sides 'Red Right Hand' and a new track 'I Haven't Got My Strange'. The 7" and 10" will be available to pre-order in the online store. Arctic Monkeys recorded bit of 'Humbug' at 'mad desert structure' Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner has revealed that the band recorded a part of forthcoming new album 'Humbug' in a structure initially built after the man behind it was inspired by a night visit from a "being". The singer/guitarist told NME's sister title Uncut that the Sheffield four-piece recorded part of 'Secret Door' at a structure named Integration near the Joshua Tree in California, when the group were recording with Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme. "It's a structure erected by a fellow called George Van Tassel," he explained, "who had a visit in the night from some kind of being who instructed him to build an acoustically sound dome involving an electro-magnet. "It's believed that the objective in building this thing was to recharge or rejuvenate human cells, except he never finished it before he died. It's a mad place. We did a little recording of 'Secret Door' there one night. Source: NME
