Well it was more that I was so tired when I got home that I was all ready to nap anyway, but the concert excitement just interrupted it. :P So once I sat down for a minute, I just completely fell asleep :lol: Don't worry, I'm still as excited as before! :dance:

:disappointed: :P Well I'm only going to one in the May/June tour, my mom put her foot down and said that I could only go to one. But I'm seeing them in August too, so I have 2 concerts in all :wacky: :dance: I just posted in the "you know you're addicted" thread, but I just have to share here- my mom had to find someone today who can prescribe me antidepressants, and her first question to all of the people she called was "have you heard of Coldplay?" :laugh3: :laugh3:

How about 5 times in exactly one year? :D Andddd when your mom is looking for a new doctor for you, and the first question she asks all of the potential people is "have you heard of Coldplay?" :lol: ... My mom did that today. Don't worry, they'd all heard of them :P

I actually got teary I was so happy :uhoh: There were already like 10 posts on my facebook wall about it, too :P I just... can't believe how amazing they are to their fans. It's so incredible! They really are the best band on earth :wacky:

Are they all being handled by Live Nation again? Cause then there will be a ton of random presales like last time and it'll be confusing (but totally worth it!). *goes to check it all out*

AHHH COLDPLAY IN 2 MONTHS OH MY GOD SO HAPPY I keep running downstairs to my mom and going "COLDPLAY'S COMING!!!!" and she's like "I know, do your homework!"... and I just reply "COLDPLAY 'S COMING!!!". It's a very circular conversation :P *goes to blast Coldplay and dance around room*

yeah... I've been close with this teacher since 8th grade :P and I've had 4 out of 6 of my teachers this year before, either last year or in 9th grade. It's nice to have a teacher more than once, isn't it? And you're in IB? A couple of my friends are in IB at schools around here :)

They haven't brainwashed me into it or anything :lol: And I do go out with friends on the weekends and everything, but having teachers to talk to at school is also important to me. All of my teachers are really young (like mid 20s to early 30s), so it doesn't feel like I'm talking to someone who doesn't understand me. Hmm... for example, a couple of weeks ago when I was feeling so overwhelmed with work, I told my teacher about it (the one I'm closest with), and he went completely out of his way to email all of my teachers and explain to them what they should do to help me not stress out so much, and worked it all out with me. I didn't ask him to do anything, he just wanted to help! That's what the teachers are like at my school :nice: They just take the time to work with the kids. I'm sure that seems foreign to most high schoolers, though! :P

Yeah, I go to a private school, but not all private schools are like that :P Well I have other friends of course, but I've pretty much fallen out with the vast majority of them over the years, and they're just not that great to talk to about important/serious stuff. My teachers are good for giving advice and helping me to stay sane about my schoolwork and stuff, and that's really more comforting to me than having some friends to go see movies with on the weekends, you know? I know it sounds weird, but it's pretty much the philosophy of my school- solid teacher/student relationships...

Well, yeah, it's only a school, but this is already my 5th year, and I can't even explain what my school has done for me! It's just incredible... plus, you know how I said that you need someone to talk to? All of those people for me are my teachers, so I'm pretty scared about what's gonna happen when I have to leave all of that in a little over a year :uhoh:

Yeah, college scares the shit out of me! More because I don't want to leave my school, not necessarily my house, but still... it's terrifying! And it's totally natural to feel bitter towards them- my parents aren't divorced, but most of my friends' are, and they all say the same exact thing.

Yeah, the singalong part of Everything's Not Lost Live 03 is perfect because it goes on for so long! When my grandfather died this past summer that song was the only thing I listened to. I could be sobbing at the beginning of the song, but by the end I'm always calm, it's crazy! It never fails :)

Yeah, that tends to happen :\ You should listen to music, that always helps! Last night I was having a bad night, and I just blasted Everything's Not Lost from Live 03, and it was amazing how much it helped :)
