  1. I don't even know what to think about what just happened with that stupid pre-sale. First search: I had two tickets for 320 which I would have taken because I sat there for their last concert and rather liked it, however I somehow accidentally lost them :( Second: Then I snagged a 30-something row floor... single ticket... and bought it, and I kid you not when I looked at the oerder details it said that I bought a section 310 ticket! I don't even understand how something like that possibly happens!!! Third: Finally, I tried again... and got a 26 row centre floor... but it's a single ticket :(... but I bought it anyways... So now I'm stuck with 1 section 300 ticket and 1 centre floor ticket :( I dunno what I'm supposed to do with them...
  2. I dunno if you saw my earlier post, but when I messaged Best Buy earlier in the day they said pre-sale codes would be sent out over the next 24hrs... So you'll most likely get yours soon : )
  3. Not sure what you mean... I think the safest bet is "best available" that way you atleast get something, whereas with just selecting "floors" you're risking not finding anything, and possibly missing out on the other tickets at the same time.. Or, is that what you meant, lol?
  4. Wow, that would be totally lame. Fingers-crossed you can still use it! I think that if you couldn't it would have said in the Best Buy message... Well, hopefully anyways..
  5. I was wondering the very same thing... I'm going crazy trying to remember which I selected the last time I managed to grab floor seats to a popular concert. I want floors too, of course, however with there being only one show now... and taking into account that both the shows sold out in minutes last time... I'd honestly be satisfied with the worst seats in the house... As long as I get to go! I'm thinking of just taking whatever pops up first... Not sure if that's a bad idea, lol... but I don't want to risk not getting any tickets at all...
  6. Okay... The pre-sale codes went out less than an hour ago and there are already people selling them on ebay... Makes me sick. Just as with scalping, real fans really lose because of this. Sad & pathetic.
  7. It's not useless... You'll still be able to use it when they release the dates!
  8. Just got my code!!!! :)
  9. Hey all! Good news! As I mentioned earlier in the thread, I emailed Best Buy Member services about the pre-sale codes earlier today, and finally got a response back. Here is what the message said: "Thank you for your e-mail regarding the ColdPlay Promotion. You will receive your e-mail regarding the Pre-Sale Code within the next 24 business hours. We do apologize for the confusion and inconvenience regarding this matter. Thank you for visiting bestbuyrewardzone.ca. Sincerely, Cynthia Customer Care Best Buy Canada Reward Zone" So, officially, no worries! We'll have them in our in-boxes just in time for pre-sale :)
  10. The Toronto show got bumped up to next month, which is absolutly fantastic... 'Cause lets face it, none of us Toronto fans were really looking forward to that 5 month wait, lol. Downside though, there is now only one show! Perhaps that is what's taking so long for the pre-sale codes to be sent out... I just emailed Best Buy members services... Hopefully there will be a reply soon... Getting a wee bit anxious here!
