I have a very serious problem!! For about a year + now I havent been able to hear You Tube videos even though I can see them!! I have Internet Explorer 7 and I have Windows XP Operating System!! I have literally tried everything and even a very trusted computer tech freind of mine has connected to my computer from his to see if he can rectify the problem for me and he cant do anything!!! It not only happens with You Tube, but also Daily Motion and other web based video sites!! Its driving me mad!!!!!! I know I have a soundcard cos I can hear downloaded music files and also I can hear sound on a programme I have called TVU Player, but I just cant hear the videos on YT!!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! THANKS:D:D:D

First of all, let me apologize if a thread like this has already been done, but I havent been through all the threads to find out if it has or not!! Anyway, I thought I would ask everyone, what was it about Coldplay that made you become a fan, albeit a casual one or a true hardcore one?? what attracted you to the band?? Was it their music, the band itself, them as people?? How did you all become fans in the first place?? Well, for me personally, if anyone told me 3 or 4 years ago that I would be a Coldplay fan, I would have gone into convulsions of laughter and told them "GET OUTTA HERE!!" Now, I eat, drink, sleep, breathe and LIVE Coldplay!! I was drawn to them because of their deep, thought-provoking, spiritual music!! I was drawn to them as people because they have this fantastic self-deprecating sense of humour and they dont think too much of themselves and they even laugh at their own mistakes, which is so rare these days among bands!! I was drawn to them because they really care for their fans and they are always trying to narrow the gap between artist and fans and they never talk down to their fans and they treat their fans with total respect and regard us fans as equals!! Most bands and performers seem 2 make the gap wider and wider, but Coldplay dont and actually every Coldplay concert is not only their concert but the fans concert as well!! I was captivated by them for their charity work yet they are not trying to be ego-Messiahs(like someone else I know!!!!!!:rolleyes:). They really care about other people and the world around them!! I also love the way, that they try to be all things to everyone!! If you want romance you have it, if you want spirituality you have that as well!! Plus the fact that they are a very sexual/spiritual band as well!! Actually, one of their songs saved my life earlier this year!! I was on the verge of commiting suicide and I was actually looking for some pills to overdose on and then for some unknown reason God Put A Smile On My Face came into my head and suddenly everything in my life became brighter!!! I OWE MY LIFE TO COLDPLAY!!!:D:D:D:D:D THANK YOU COLDPLAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Oh wow!! What a brilliant idea!!! I wonder if Coldplay themselves know about this and if they do and they fully endorse this, then have pure hearts of gold!!!!! WE LOVE U GUYS!!!!!!!;););)

Do Coldplay visit this site cos I have an absolutely brilliant idea!!!! Why dont Coldplay bring out a perfume. cologne or whatever????? Everybody else has!!!:lol::lol::lol: It can be called Yes, which I think is a very sensual/sexual name for a perfume!! Also, part or all of the price can go to their charities!! I would be the first to buy it!!!!:D:D:D

I LOVE PETER GABRIEL!! I have everything hes ever done CD wise and DVD wise!! Hes a total genius!! I dont have much Genesis stuff though, cos when he was with them, that type of music wasnt really my thing. prolific as it was!!! Its amazing that at his age now he can still bring arenas to their knees with his concerts!!!! Only he can perform walking upside down and riding on bikes and segway scooters!!!!:lol::lol::lol: A TRUE Master!!!!

Raise your hands if anyone here are Prince fans??? I, for one< am a HUGE Prince fan!! I have everything hes ever done commercially, and I have loads and loads of bootlegs going back 2 when he first started in 1978!! I have seen him live lots of times and I used 2 live near Minneapolis and we used 2 go 2 Paisley Park, his recording studio, 2 see him perform there many times!! Hes one of the TRUE musical geniuses!! Although I am not so much of a fan of what he does now!! I really admired his stance against the corporate music industry and for changing his name 2 the symbol and wrote "Slave" on his face in protest against his record label!! By the way, I just cant believe that he is 50 now!! He looks so amazing!!!:):)

Give me Michael Hutchence anyday, than their new lead singer!! I LOVED INXS when Michael was alive!! INXS were the best thing 2 come out of Australia!!! I have everything they have ever done, including Michaels solo CD(He does a really awesome duet with Bono called Slide Away)!! Rest In Peace Michael!!! U are still deep in my heart!!

I am a HUGE Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks/Lindsey Buckingham fan!! I have everything they have done, either as a complete band or solo!!! Stevie Nicks is an awesome female singer!! Shes my all time fave female singer of all time!! I have loads of FM/SN/LB bootlegs!! And Lindsey Buckingham is a total Zen Master on the guitar!! I wish I had the opportunity 2 see them live, but, alas I havent!! I could rattle on forever about them!!!!:D:D:D
