Yeah it changes at every gig. Sometimes Jonny, Guy and Will do a runner and Chris stays back. Sometimes Jonny stays back as well. Sometimes all of them go. In Manchester last year I know Jonny stayed back because he had family and friends in attendance.

If only Izzy was back too :(

It looks like it! This is what is written on his website... During the fourth set of the Wimbledon final, Andy had a nasty fall on his right hip, and it is this injury that has forced him to pull out of the Davis Cup quarterfinal.
