Postcards From Far Away project | Previous pre-delivery discussion (thread closed)
A few ideas for polls: Sender - Our name or just the statement "Postcard from far away" Butterfly - (we have to discuss this a bit more... there are a few possibilities, drawing one on your own on the postcard, printing one and sticking it on the postcard, do we want to use the same or everyone a personal one?) Message - How about the phrase in our native language? Do we want to do that or not? If yes, we have to find a phrase yet. Sorry, I'm sometimes just one huge control freak :P :jester:

Postcards From Far Away project | Previous pre-delivery discussion (thread closed)
Dudes, shouldn't we start to organize the thread a bit more? There are too many posts in one thread... How is it with creating a few different? PFFAP stands for Postcards from far away - project PFFAP - Date PFFAP - Address PFFAP - Postcard PFFAP - Summary (one topic where people can look up things that had been decided)

Yeah, like that! Maybe we could print the butterfly in white though, then everyone is able to colour it in a way he/she likes to.

I agree with all of them. And "From far away" (without "project") sounds imho better, not so ... strict. Probably we should collect some more ideas of all members for a few more days, and then once we have everything together specify a date for sending our postcards, and if necessary posting polls about things we don't agree.

Love this idea! I also think 1 postcard should be enough, and a butterfly as logo sounds great. So yeah, I'm in too. Awesome idea :flutterby: :cheesy:

I'm uploading the Clocks US Version now. It didn't look fanmade for me, but I have no idea where I have it from either... I'm sometimes googling and don't know in the end where I have been  Till yesterday I didn't know there was a video for "Life in Technicolor". So yeah, maybe there are still other videos out there *is obsessed of finding more vids* :wink3: :D edit: http://www.sendspace.com/file/6j8om2

Your favorite music video
Okay, I had planned to post a top 3 music video entry, but apparently I failed… Doesn’t mean I can write it down, though. My favourite video is “Parachutes” Friendship that will just last forever (the end of the vid is so great, when the video freezes) I also love the beginning of the video with the guitar. The whole video is just so… *sigh* Friendship is better than any lover. Then I love “Trouble”. The original version. Chris Martin tied to a chair. Do I have to say more? The chains and the dark colours of the video are just perfect for the mood of the singer. Viva La Vida. I first didn’t like the video so much, but after watching it again and again, Chris Martin’s dancing is soooo great, for every word a special movement. And I love the colours and the effects of the video. The broken look all over the video… knowing that nothing will last forever. Then the painting of Eugene Delacoix in the background… beautiful!

Oh, I only have the song, I didn't know there was a video too! Atm. I try to figure out how to add it to the poll... but uhm, not sure if it's possible at all. A mod, maybe?

Sorry, just added the poll, I wasn't able to post the entry and poll at once! edit: If I forgot a music vieo, please tell me, so that I can add it to the poll :)

Yeah you can enter, wherever you live. I'm depressed for another reason now... But good to know I wasn't the only one, asking family members to fill out the competition too.
