The first time I heard Speed of Sound was an important moment that I still remeber. I was at a friend's house and she said from the livingroom "Julie, come in here I think you will like this!". Speed of Sound music video was on tv and I was really into it. Later I downloaded the song and listened to it all the time completely euforic! I LOVED that song! I will always remember this. But I only got the X&Y album much later (I think in 2006?) and listened to it a lot aswell, but only for months because the rest of the cd wasn't as good as SOS, maybe a bit boring. But then 1-1½ (?) year ago I started to search for some of their older videos on youtube and I was hooked! :stunned: I also thought with a lit of them "Hey, I've heard that before without knowing who it was (example: Clocks), it sounds amazing!!". I got the first two cd's and the live dvd for my birthday this year. I've been obsessed ever since.

I think I've had the chills to some of Coldplay's songs. :nice: But I have definitly been in some sort of euphoric state listening to "Speed of Sound" later on "Clocks" and some others... Viva la Vida gives me a really exiting feeling too. (I heard the songs in that order because I got X&Y first and the other albums much later :\) I don't think it's fair to say that you have no soul if the music doesn't give you chills. We are all different humans with different taste who react differently on different things. So goosebumps don't have to be the answer to everything.

Lucky you! I've never had a dream about them (not that I remember). Do you have a special technique? :P Like watching loads of pictures of them, praying about them before going to sleep or to sleep a specific number of hours or something? :lol:
