Doctor Who ???......
Well I was going to say what if you just got one of those drills they dig up roads with out on a Weeping Angel but seeing as it's a Sci Fi show where's the fun in that?. What if you cut straight through a turned to stone angels neck with a Lightsaber then turned away from it?, it would unfreeze decapitated and think oh crap *die*:laugh3:. I'm about to watch todays episode now.

As much as I do love horses, their kind of awkward to park in London, that and I prefer to just pat them and feed them apples and stuff rather than ride them since I got thrown off one and it hurt alot, if you've really got the space and time to use them for transport, you should horses are beautiful animals.

Doctor Who ???......
Here's a weird completly hypothetical question, if you looked at a Weeping Angel so it turned to stone, then attacked it with a wepon that could cut through stone, would the Weeping Angel die?.

Torchwood
There will be a 5th Series, they left it very open, I don't think the immortality that was depicted in Miracle Day would be very good because you would still age and be able to be severely wounded and not recover.

Warpaint
The shuffle on my iPod put Baby on in the car earlier and I just burst into tears half way through, such a beautiful song.

Torchwood
Wow,Miracle day is fucking shockingly bad.

That's a shame,if you can you should try to see them live before they retire, I've been lucky enough to see them live a good few times since the Californication tour including Hyde Park so I don't really feel the need to again, particularly as one of the main reasons I went has now left the band.

Agreed. I had another listen to I'm With You today and just still can't get into it at all,oh well hope everyone enjoys their tour:).

BTW is a great album too,in fact the only song I'm not keen on,on the whole album is Cabron, On Mercury or Venice Queen would probably be my favourites if I had to pick but it's hard to really:). I'm going to try to give I'm with you one more try to see if I can get into it today, I have an hour eliciptal workout to do so it should time out nicely.

There are a good 7 or 8 tracks I'm not that fond of on SA but then it is a 28 track double album so that's not surprising, to me it's the opposite, I find the songs on SA better written but then I'm a guitarist and some of the guitar parts on SA were just . John hasn't always done the most technical work so that's not what I prefer about him, but just how the 4 of them made music was so much better than the new formula, look at Californication that was a beautiful album, I'm not laying the blame (if you can call it that) for me not liking the album with Josh, it could be the different perspectives of Anthony or any number of reasons but I think SA was definatly a far superior album to I'm With You.

Coming from a petrol powered Range Rover Sport even 45 MPG would be absolute heaven for me, the only bad thing is I hate filling up a diesel especially if I forget to put on the gloves they have on the forecourt:laugh3:.

I've just read your review and you know what?, honestly I can't really fault it, I do think Josh is a decent musician though just what these 4 people have come together to create isn't very good. Yes I'm a fellow RHCP fan but I think people are deluding themselves if they think "I'm with You" is up to the standard of their previous work.

I'm not sure, I would have assumed they would be touring too but who knows how their schedules will work out:confused:, I don't think I''m going to see RHCP live on this tour although maybe I will change my mind later, still I've seen them a good few times from the Californication tour onwards including Hyde Park and thankfully I've seen John doing his solo stuff live too so I hope the concerts are good and the new fans enjoy them loads but I'm going to sit them out.

Bands that you can't stand, but respect?
The Foo Fighters- I wouldn't say I can't stand them but just could never get into their music. Funnily enough my second would be Coldplay, again it's not that I can't stand them, in honesty I'm not particularly keen on any of their music I find their guitar and bass especially un interesting to listen to, yet their a huge comercial sucess and lots of people feel very attached to their music so I can't help but respect what they've achieved.

I had assumed Dot Hacker would be on hold for the moment but if he's releasing a cd I look forward to hearing it.

No, I'm not keen on Swahili Blonde at all either, still it might be awkward for him to record at the moment with Josh being on tour with the Peppers, I'm looking forward to a new solo release too, it has been quite a while now.

Green Cars
I'm sorry for getting a bit testy too:), I worry about the regulation of India and China in terms of industry and emissions but then in a way it feels so hypocritical for the Western World to try and dictate to them how to do things because we all have for the past couple of Centuries if that makes sense?. I'm actually looking for a practical estate car that I can fit buggies and push chairs in(well in about 8 months anyway) so to me an Audi 2.0 diesel estate is perfect, it's spacious, has 4 wheel drive so bad weather won't hinder driving so much and it will get 50+ MPG so I would say that is a huge step in the green direction for me anyway.

I'm not sure I dislike it all directly because of Frusciantes departure but I'm not enjoying the album much at all, I'm not one of their fans that keep wanting them to write another BSSM either, I thought most of Stadium Arcadium was brilliant just the direction they've gone in doesn't do it for me musically. I'm not sure if JF is still hugely into Electronic music or not these days, hes done a few bits with Omar Rodriguez Lopez and a few other collaborations here and there, rumour has it he's working on a new solo album though and if it is a progression from The Empyrean then I will be very looking forward to hearing it.

Green Cars
Coruscant, I commute during the week.No need to get pissy about someone buying a new car, a 2 litre diesel estate car is hardly a gas guzzling monster, way to come across like a massive jerk, still it's what generally alienates the green brigade to so many people. P.S. Maybe you should think about the fact that a great deal of the worlds emissions are caused by other means like factories and industry and ponder a way to make them 0 CO2. I also used to live and still have family in California so I can relate to how much impact a natural disaster can have and would obviously rather we did not have them, sadly sometimes they happen.
