By evaluate you mean write like... a review? I think the best way to observe/review music, besides listening to it.. is to look at the lyrics. I have a big Coldplay lyric book with all of their songs in it. It might help you to print out the lyrics for all the songs from VLVODAAHF, and make notes on them..

The UK has "The Brits" celebrating british music and "The Baftas" celebrating british film.. but in America at the Grammy's & Oscars, we include everyone.. we don't only nominate Americans.. so there is really no need to go off and have seperate award shows. just my opinion.
