Oops, I missed your post! I will write a review, just for you! I think this time I'll even bring my laptop and try to find a hotel/motel with internets so I can be online that night. :D Then I can stay up and chat with you guys instead of feeling lonely, teehee!

Seriously! :D I've had two people drop out on me already, and now #3 has a virus and can't go and I'm desperate, so I'm going alone. And there's no reason to waste that other ticket. Leeeet me know, otherwise it'll go to a very surprised scalper. "A shirt? You want a shirt?"

Okay, I think I'm done ranting and raving and feeling sorry for myself. Deep breath... there we go...! I think what I'm gonna do is just go. Maybe find someone who's trying to get in and just give them my other ticket, and get a hotel there so I don't have to drive home alone in the dark (which is the thing that was putting me off going alone, to be honest. I hate night driving, especially by myself in an unfamiliar city!) I can DO this. :o (a little more encouragement would be nice, though... ;))

Well this has become the worst day ever. My coworker called and she's sick and can't go to the concert tomorrow night. And there's no way I'm driving to St Louis alone, so now not only am I not going but it's too late to sell them, so I'm out the money too! I feel sick. :bigcry:

I find I don't mind being called "hun" or even "love" if the guy says it with a British or Australian accent. :wink3: edit: Case in point, I was asked by a complete stranger on the street once, "Hey, love, do you think my friend here is cute?" and because he said it with an accent, I said "sure!" instead of "go *bleep* yourself!" :D
