I just signed up for another forum's mix CD exchange... a lot of the members are Coldplay haters, but I have to sneak at least one on there. Something most people haven't heard. Maybe a B-side. I'm thinking I Ran Away. :)

I'm going home to visit the parents for a week, and they're putting me in the sailboat. (I get to sleep in the sailboat! :D). Well it's misleading (and under the category CD's which might make people think they're getting a CD) but he doesn't misrepresent what he's actually selling, so i don't think there's any way I can really report it. I mean if people are allowed to sell concert pre-sale codes, this probably isn't much different. It's pretty sleazy but I really don't think anyone would fall for it. Sure ruffled my feathers, though. Especially his justification for the $2.99: "<PER EBAY RULES..... THE FOLLOWING DOWNLADABLE MATERIAL IS AUTHORISED BY THE BAND "COLDPLAY" AND THE PURCHASE PRICE IS FOR MY TIME AND FEES TO FIND AND LIST SUCH A GREAT DEAL>" :rolleyes: The above is written in very tiny font.

Wow, I hope nobody actually falls for this... Someone on eBay is selling LeftRightLeftRightLeft downloads: No joke. "buy it now for only1.99 and you will be re-directed to a website which will allow you to download it for free!!!!!!!" Oh, gee, really?? Would that website you're going to re-direct me to be http://www.COLDPLAY.COM? Moron. I'm tempted to write him a mean email. Trying to trick people like that. It's just wrong. :veryangry2:

Today at work I was listening to all my music on shuffle (all of it, not just Coldplay), and the following sequence occurred: Hunting High and Low (CP's cover of the Ah-ha song, which I also have) High Speed Low It kind of freaked me out.

I've tried so hard to like Easy to Please, but I just can't get past the annoying windy voices backdrop. :\ And ditto on Low, adding Twisted Logic. I'll listen to them if I'm playing the album in one go, but I tend to skip them when on shuffle. Also, that Pinatubo song. What the heck was up with that, anyway? That song is just way too explosive.

I was browsing Amazon.com, and Amazon (in its way of knowing me better than I know myself), recommended the Coldplay [ame=http://www.amazon.com/60-Minutes-Coldplay-February-2009/dp/B001RTSG40/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1245196598&sr=8-1]60 Minutes[/ame] broadcast on DVD. I noticed that it had a rating of 1 out of 5 stars which kind of surprised me, so I read the review: " 1.0 out of 5 stars 12 minutes!, June 9, 2009 By Angela Mazza (Boston, MA) This is 12 minutes Long. You can see it on the web. I was ripped off. I thought I was getting 60 minutes" :laugh3: Poor Angela--I guess she didn't realize "60 Minutes" was the name of the show. We should all give it good reviews so it doesn't sit there with a review of 1 out of 5, but I'm too lazy right now. :\

I think they were broadcasting just for all the people in line to get to the parking lot of the music center. Because after that they played Fix You. And then they played Fix You again and that's when we lost the signal. Heck, it mighta been somebody in a nearby car broadcasting on their iPod-to-stereo device. Traffic was bumper-to-bumper!

I distracted myself from withdrawal by cleaning my apartment that day. It was spotless. In other random coldplay news, I just got the high bid on the red Lost! promo with Lost+ and Lost@. Hope it stays that way. 17 hours left--wish me luck. :D (oh wait, I probably shouldn't have said anything here... nobody outbid me--I've been after this one for months!)

That's nothing... on our way to the concert my friend changed radio stations and Life is for Living was already playing and I instantly said "OMG, Life is for Living on the radio!?! :D" Then we lost the station. :(

It won't be so bad. :hug: Just spend the day posting your pictures if you get any and counting your butterflies. :)

^^^ I think whether that's a good idea or not really depends on where you are. ;) So I've had this annoying eyelid twitch all night but have mostly been able to ignore it. Suddenly iTunes shuffle brings up Life in Technicolor ii and my eyelid starts to beat in rhythm to the music. I can't decide if this is awesome or annoying. It's still going!!:inquisitive:
