Studiofeed
Since they have labeled it as "Studiofeed #1".. May be (and just May be) there is more in the pipe line and few days from now we will get to listen to some LP5 news through this.. OR I am being WAY TOO optimistic that even bunch of noises from them sounds so exciting.

When do you think LP5 will come out?
I think the article is derived from the MTV one where they denied "ANY" release date be it October. These guys just rephrased as "Summer release" but it wasn't mentioned anywhere in that MTV article. I also want the album to be out this Summer !!! but a credible source must be there to confirm.

When do you think LP5 will come out?
I am pretty sure that the Coldplay camp have a tentative date or month reserved for the album release. They would definitely see that no other major records come out in the same week. And they need ample time to promote it. After all, it's Coldplay. Moreover, it seems like October is quite a good guess. It generated an official statement to MTV trying to deny any release date. It's quite clear people ... A Coldplay record is coming this year, The festivals won't have any new material... So it's quite clear that its in latter half of this year and my guess would be End of September. Chris told me so. Haha.

Radiohead
My take on "The King of Limbs" http://the-secret-chords.blogspot.com/2011/02/king-of-limbs-by-radiohead.html Perhaps, the most difficult review I have ever written (not that I have done millions but still).

Jon Germain receives Quivering endorsement from Chris Martin
I think this is some kind of joke. This is clearly a "In My Place" tribute or whatever. May be Chris is providing endorsement so that more people listen to this song and later Coldplay would have ample evidence to file a lawsuit etc. But nah, Chris is too nice to do that kind of stuff.

NME considers AROBTH as one of the 'Darkest Albums Ever'.
I know NME isn't that great. But Here's an article of them mentioning AROBTH in the "Darkest Albums Ever Made" list. http://www.nme.com/photos/the-darkest-albums-ever-made/202713/1/1#20 What do you think? And yes, There's another section listing Do's and Dont's of Second Albums. Coldplay's AROBTH is OBVIOUSLY in DO's. Here's the reference: http://www.nme.com/photos/the-dos-and-don-ts-of-second-albums/203092/1/1#12

ColdplayingTV. (now online - channel link, videos in first post & YouTube)
The Rumor mill on Wednesday... I would certainly like to contribute.. Can you please tell me how to get in touch and the exact time (i.e. GMT time zone) so that differing time zone people can call in at the allotted slot. The first episode was very good... Just one thing, When you have various sections for every coldplay members... I think it would look much more 'polished' to have a small video (like 5-7secs) run instead of those tacky picture cut outs and considering siting for the next episode. All in all, It turned out quite nicely.

Spanish Rain on LP5...
If NME is to believed then Spanish Rain (also known as 'Don Quixote') is apparently appearing on LP5. They did put up this song on the so called "Preview of 2011" list. Source: http://www.nme.com/blog/index.php?blog=10&p=9610&2011_albums&more=1&c=1
