^^nope, i'm pretty sure that Chris has been performing it on piano throughout the whole VLV tour. As for a recording, I don't think there's an official one out, but you could probably find a version of it in the multimedia section. Or you can convert it into an mp3 from a video.

i've posted here a couple times before, but i'm mostly a lurker. but let me just say this picture has forced me out of the lurker cave! there are really no words to describe this pic except he is SOOOO hot and gorgeous :D:stunned::wink3: *sigh* i swear every girl needs a man that looks and acts like Guy. also, love the fact that his shirt totally shows the outline of his body :wink3: and those arms...

haha i have no shame when it comes to coldplay, so asking or begging for a upgrade, to meet the guys, etc. is something i'm willing to do! :laugh3: jk, sort of lol but you never know! at first when the roadie came to our section he approached two other girls (our eventual seatmates). i didn't expect him to come back, but when he did I made sure I caught his eye! Sure enough, he walked over to my friend and I and the rest is history! So you don't necessarily have to beg or ask, haha, just catch their eye! :D anyway, i'm not sure if they'll do the acoustic set again. i hope so because i thought it was a nice gesture to the fans with crappy seats. but i have a feeling that they might add a new thing or two to this leg of the tour.

no, you have every right to feel that way! i've only seen them one time, so I wouldn't mind them coming back for a third time, haha. but as much as I do want the guys to come back, I feel that they should first visit the countries that haven't even seen the VLV tour yet. but don't give up hope yet, one of these days they might make an official announcement for Latin America dates! i'm sure of it :D

good point, justspies! :) but don't give up hope on seat upgrades! my friend and i weren't expecting it at all in Orlando. in fact, we didn't even know about them and it just happened randomly and last-minute. you never know, it might happen in august...just keep an eye out for the roadies

Oh, I forgot about soundcheck and all that! Hmm, now that gives me an even bigger reason to get there early! :lol::D Just wondering, can we just randomly go to a soundcheck? I thought you had to win a competition or be invited to attend? They totally should, lol! you would make a great tour guide

^^I think they only filmed the video for Lost! at Chicago. If they were to release a DVD (hoping like crazy that they will! :D), I agree, it'll probably be in one of their bigger stadium shows such as Wembley...but who knows? I'm just really hoping they release one with a tour diary!

1. X&Y--Can't begin to emphasize how much I fell in love with this album. Swallowed in the Sea, Fix You and A Message gets me goosebumps and emotionally charged every single time. 2. AROBTTH---Although Yellow introduced me to the band, Warning Sign was the first song that I could fully relate to as a junior enduring heartbreak in high school, lol. One of the few albums that I could listen to every song and never get tired of it, especially GPASUYF, The Scientist, Amsterdam, Green Eyes, Politik and Warning Sign. 3. Parachutes---Yellow, Shiver and Don't Panic are absolute perfection. But I do agree with what someone else said earlier, the overall sound is a tad bit depressing and emo. But I still love it because it's what introduced me to them. 4. Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends---Like many, it took me awhile to get used to the new sound, which I'm still going through. I do admire the risk they took in the new direction. Also love the more catchy, upbeat songs that IMO sometimes lacked in their previous albums. Some of my favorites are LIT, Violet Hill, Lovers in Japan, 42 and Cemeteries of London. kind of. I've heard most of their stuff before, but the X&Y era was when I became a superfan, lol.

if my friend and i can get the day off work, we'll also try to get there as early as possible to see the guys! :D i know what you mean, justspies. i love crests of waves and hoping they'd play that and only superstition one of these days! (and even though they've already played these live, i'm still wanting to see shiver, amsterdam and warning sign played sometime as well, lol).

^^hopefully they won't. does your bag/purse have a hidden compartment? that's where i usually hide my camera just in case. the concerts i've been to they haven't looked in there---just 'cause they probably have figured that's personal territory for ladies, haha.

(sorry, i don't mean to be so nosy, lol). anyway, lucyb123, that's so awesome that you had a great time!! :D wow, getting to see them at soundcheck, meeting them and then watching them front row center...you literally had the ultimate coldplay experience!

^^haha well at least you were able to outsmart them and you and your sister are in section 8. take that, livenation :smug: yeah, i'm not surprised the process is rigged. totally not fair, though, to the most dedicated fans who are screwed over when trying to get the best possible seats.

that's so frustrating! :angry: i heard about that and supposedly this was even before presale started. i really want to know how they managed that. maybe they're not legit? anyway, i'm hoping that the only reason they're holding off these sections is for upgrades for the lawn/nosebleed fans. because if that were the case, i wouldn't be understanding as to why they never were put up for sale.

gahh, i wish :cry: row B of section 17. i tried today to get anything from sect. 7-10, but unfortunately nothing. hoping something good will come out of this, though. :) but yeah, that poster idea is fantastic! maybe livenation reps will see it at the concert and consider refiguring the whole resale process, haha.

^^dfit00, from the virtual map, sections 1-3 were combined to make up the general admission pit. as for sections 4-7, i'm not sure about that. but i'm guessing the reason why these sections were "sold out" is probably because they're being reserved for fan upgrades in the nosebleed/lawn sections.

^^yeah from the virtual map I was looking at, everything looks the same except for sections 1-3---they combined that whole section together.

OK i'm on that side too, i guess, just not as close, haha it's probably being reserved for upgrades again. like last year when people couldn't purchase the first five rows. i swore i thought someone said earlier that they were. even if it isn't I still refer to them as TM locations b/c they're usually the main provider of tickets i purchase, lol
