the lefty`s thread
I'm a lefty!!! I didn't know Chris was, that's so cool! Two of my favorite people are leftys, Chris and Paul McCartney!

The Beatles
I too adore the Beatles! I've been a "diehard" fan for 7 years now. I saw Paul 4 times on his tour of the U.S. last year. I was even lucky enough to take a class at my university on them...nothing like writing a term paper on "Happiness is a Warm Gun." Just imagine trying to anaylze that song! I got A+ on it and I think part of the reason was because I discussed oral sex ;-) Anyway, some of my favorites are: She's Leaving Home, You Know My Name Look Up the Number, I've Just Seen A Face, Two Of Us, and Rain.

Sex and the City
I love this show! I have all the DVDs and the rest of the episodes on tape so I can watch any episode I want anytime I'm bored. It sucks that they are ending the season next year, but if the next episodes are anything like this past season I won't miss it. Don't worry though, they plan on making 20 episodes so that will make it a little easier to see it go. I'm kind of mad that they plan to end it early next year and not in the summer, I don't like mid-season shows much and I never have anything to watch in the summer!

Your favourite 5 bands at the moment... in no order are...
1. Beatles 2. Radiohead 3. Coldplay 4. Barenaked Ladies 5. They Might Be Giants

OK Go
I like OkGO too, I've seen them live twice. I saw them in February 2001, long before they released their first album, opening for They Might Be Giants and I thought they rocked. I constantly checked to see when the album would be released. The song Get Over It doesn't do them justice, I'd recommend the song Return along with Treacherous Friends.

the best concert you ever been to
1. Radiohead (August 20, 2001) 2. Paul McCartney (saw him 4 times last year) 3. Barenaked Ladies (seen 'em 8 times) 4. They Might Be Giants (3) I've seen a lot of concerts and I have to say that these artists are the best so far. I want to see Coldplay the next time they roll in to town, I've heard Chris is becoming a better performer as they progress.

US Tour (2nd leg)
I saw an advert on MTV about Coldplay's tour of the U.S. and it said they were performing in L.A. on February 10 at the Henry Fonda theatre. Now, I have nothing else to confirm this with, not even MTV's website says this, but I have looked on ticketmaster and the Henry Fonda theatre is apparently up and running and there is no one booked for the 10th (for those who don't know, the Henry Fonda is a shitty venue that is almost always closed for repairs this time of year). I hope to God they come back here, the last two times something has come up to prevent me from going.
