tickets my stupid tickets didn't sell for UNDER face value on ebay. unreal. guess i'll be giving them away at the show unless some scalper wants to buy them from me.

anyone having luck selling their tickets? i had mine on ebay for less than face value and no is buying them, show in 3 weeks.

Selling Tickets I have my 3 Atlanta tickets on ebay for sale. I paid $400.06 for them, they are very good seats (section 205, row JJ, 3 seats). I only have them listed for $350.00 and after 4 days, there are 9 viewers, 2 watchers, and no bids. Am I an idiot for freaking out and trying to sell for a loss with 3 weeks left until the concert? Can I bring them there and sell them to scalpers for face value? I need some input, just don't want to get stuck with them or lose a lot of money on them. On top of that, I have 4 sets of 2 for Charlotte to sell. Dear Lord what have I done?

very nice. what time do they normally do sound check? you can only hear it from outside the gate, right? i've noticed some people posting videos of soundchecks, maybe they're with oxfam?

sounds like you've had some tough times. screw people, just have fun, enjoy the show. i'd go to a million concerts alone. like you said, you can get there as early as you want, leave when you want, wander around all you want, just do whatever. meet some cool people, have a ball. don't worry about it, ok?

that's what i figured. i've been to atlanta for many shows and unless they rip up the fixed seats and fixed stage, there's not much room, like 10 feet. So, I'm guessing the pit extends the length of the stage. Poor people with front row seats, they'll be blocked by hundreds of PIT seat holders. My thought is if I'm late, I'm on the corner of the stage, which sucks.

you're a trip. i was driving last night and looked down at my clock at 6:26. i just started beaming knowing it was 1 month and 4 minutes from the time the gates open! i can't wait. i haven't been looking at setlists so maybe i'll be a little surprised. are your seats in the pit? what time are showing up?

say you show up an hour before showtime, what happens? you just end up 10 feet from the stage instead of 3? honestly, the pit is closer than front row seats, so you can't get a bad spot, right? it's not like they'll tell me the pit is full and i can't get in, right?

i haven't done it but knew a lot of people who did for Dave Matthews Band shows. It requires some decent equipment with mic stands, etc. It's not as easy to hide and a video on your cell phone. The stands sit like 10 feet in the air.

Then I checked ticketmaster and realized there were much better seats open now at face value (which I am selling mine anyway). So, will I be able to sell them and when and where should I try? Can I get face value at the show? I'm amazed they aren't sold out and that I have worse seats than are available now. Damnit!

and now there are seats in the first three sections for sale! sections 101, 102, and 103? i see seats (3 together) for sale 16 rows back. what the FUCK?

i am SO confused. i have three tickets that i need to sell due to buying pit seats instead. i went to sell them on ebay and found that no one is bidding or buying tickets on there. so, i just went to ticketmaster and there are still pit seats for sale on the site and other great seats. what the hell? i mean, i'd love for the pit to be empty, but how many pit seats are there available? are we going to be like packed sardines? also, how i am supposed to sell my other seats if there are still some for sale on ticketmaster? can i sell them for face value (3) at the show??????????????????????

so, how early do i need to get there to be in a good spot in the pit? i don't want to get there 3 hours early, is 6:30 ok? what happens if you don't? do you end up on the edge of the stage or something?

yeah, i'll be there. got pit seats. had a dream last night about it. i dreamed my wife and sister didn't want to come and i had my other set of 3 seats, but i left them ALL at home, 2 hours away. i got to the show and was standing 3 feet from the stage and it was a tiny venue, but what did i care? i had $900 in tickets at home but still didn't care, i was 3 feet from the best band in the world (in my eyes). ha ha. anyway, i have decent seats (3) in the middle section, row JJ for sale. i'm sure i'll have no problem selling them, but want to help anyone out on here that i can first. i cannot wait for that show. i'm not looking at ANY setlists from this point forward and refuse to read any reviews, but will PRAY for Swallowed In The Sea to be at this show. I just can't imagine how awesome it is going to be in the pit. I wish I could bring my DSLR camera....

did you have any luck selling them? i have 3 extra sets of 2 to charlotte and 1 extra set of 3 for atlanta that i need to sell, but was thinking of waiting closer to the concert. i didn't buy trying to make money, just kept finding better seats. and all that i have are pretty good seats.
