Currently its not possible, but in the future, providing we found an adequate sample of mosquito blood trapped in amber, then its not entirely out of the question. I'm not saying its easy but one day I think theres a real chance of it happening. Funnily enough I was watching a R. Dawkins video earlier where he interviewed a chemistry biologist and they both concurred that it could be possible. I'm trying to find it again but i cant remember how I found it on Youtube.
