That's a very por avergae, because old people need less sleep that young people and so............... I sleep between 5 or 6 hours aday and I'm fine! I ussually go to sleep at 1 a.m and I stay reading until 2 a.m and then I'm waking up at 7 15 a.m ........... 5 hours and 15 minutes! Avyiolly the less I sleep the better it is! I had 3 hours today and I'm a lot better than the other days ( I had to watch the Rugby semi-finals, which for my time was 5: 30 a.m!) and I'm sure I'll fall sleep early and fast tonight! :lol:
