The highest (I mean above the sea level) Volcano, in the world is in the "Altiplano", as you called it, in Chile and it's called "Ojos del Salado". And yes, La Paz, Bolovia's Capital, is one of the higest cities in the wolrd............. but it's not exactly the Altiplano (taht's where the Volcano is)Great! :D Thanks! (I wans't sure!)
