Scrambled eggs. They are fairly quick, only take a few minutes, not unhealthy, fucking delicious, nice and warm, and if you cut up a peice of onion you can give them an actual flavor. but make sure to add milk to the egg mixture, and salt, and a little pepper, or they'll be blah. V. good with toast. Cons are I guess you have to add stuff to the egg thing. And you might not have eggs handy. But if you do scrambled eggs all the way. It's what I'm eating. :nice: Edit: Steak n cheese is a great option, go for that if you don't feel like cooking. :nice:
