[20-Sept-2011] Live On Letterman: Ed Sullivan Theater, New York City
I think the new setlist throws Chris off a bit he's used to singing a specific song next but instead he has to do a different one. Viva sounded really good tho.

[21-Sept-2011] Coldplay @ Much Music, Toronto
The pics of the sheet I uploaded say the concert will be on no matter what the weather is. Remember this is live TV they paid for that television spot...they have to show something. The thunder worries me tho I see the update...

[21-Sept-2011] Coldplay @ Much Music, Toronto
It's at the gate of the parking lot I believe. We didn't wait for wristbands just to be allowed onto Queen Street. That would suck..if you come late though thats all you will get. My ipod/comp shows Wednesday as sunny and rain on thurs. Perhaps we might get light showers later in the night but we should be alright.

Quality isn't the best but you could make it out. Sleep time *passes out*

[21-Sept-2011] Coldplay @ Much Music, Toronto
The show is on at 9 so I'd say go for 630/7, anyone who doesnt have a wristband probably won't bother till closer to show time to appear. That's my guess anyway and if 2 hours is too early you can always grab something to eat and come back.

TORONTO PIT CREW 2011
Toronto is safe for a return visit. They've filmed a show here which is pretty big and obviously they have a following here to do that. Now they are doing the first and only Canadian promo for MX here. Toronto is one of the main cities in the east coast! it's like doing a West coast tour and not going to Vancouver, Toronto will not be left out so don't worry.

[21-Sept-2011] Coldplay @ Much Music, Toronto
Kind of wish it was a ticket instead of just a wristband but I'll take what I can get.
-
[21-Sept-2011] Coldplay @ Much Music, Toronto
Not a bad idea ughh I hope I can get a wristband. Thoughts of not getting one are filling my head and worrying me a bit.

I can only assume it will be a long line and yes I can't imagine them giving out hundreds of wristbands so limited supply is right Wow w1ll1am7 your going to line up at 10? I was thinking 12/1ish that's early.

Where did you find this? I wish I could go but I don't have a Rogers phone, I have Bell :( Im going to try this. Someone else wrote if you go on wed you can get a wristband? Where do you go Much Music? I live in real close to Toronto and would do this for sure but I want to be sure its happening. If anyone has a spare ticket I'd be grateful, I flew down to Wembley to see the final two Viva shows but this would be amazing! PM if you have a spare please!

Have they lost their minds?
This is a different album and they are experimenting with new sounds. Yes I'm glad they are using Jonny more and he is great. They band as a whole are working great together on Hurts Like Heaven, Charlie Brown, ETIAW. After three listens I'm still not feeling it. Chris' singing at points remind me of A Rush of Blood to the Head but they lyrics always working for me. Para Para Paradide...every time I hear that I think of ella ella ella and then I remember Rihanna is going to be on the album... I know they wanted more fans and for people not to hate on Coldplay but I don't approve of this path. I'm hoping I will love the rest of the album afterall this is just one song. There's always a song or two that people don't like on an album. The comment I read somewhere about Moving to Mars being their most Coldplay like sounding song and it not being on the album is true. I love it. Shame it wasn't paradise.

Female vocal? ** UPDATED - It's Rihanna **
Is she really necessary... this is not looking good. I like ETIAW where as some do not but this isn't allowed. Coldplay are fine on their own to sell records they don't need her to sell music. If they want a female voice why don't they just get some no name who can sing, that way it's still about them.
