The story of violet hill is told from the perspective of a soldier,and is a war protest. Hence the lyrics: I dont wanna be a soldier

What Coldplay song did you first listen to that made you a fan? For me, I've listened to Coldplay since 2004, but I wasn't really a huge fan until I heard Life in Technicolor ii.

I think that if EVERYONE in the pit has a flag, Chris might see them and display one to the rest of the crowd, and who know, it might end up on their website or youtube account. What I'm trying to say is, only give the flags out to people in the pit. That way we can make it on the internet. Oh and maybe put a link on it, so if Chris shows it to the crowd we can get more Toronto people to join coldplaying.com
