Well when the blue is so close to white it doesn't really matter, same things that works for white shirts should work for that one. So that will probably work with a black tie, I think :thinking:

Probably, but i'ts better with darker shades of blue. Grey suit + darkblue shirt + black tie sounds good. But grey suit + black shirt + white tie is my favourite :)
