Coldplay opnieuw in copyright kwestie 21 september 2009 Na Joe Satriani en Cat Stevens is nu ook zeurpiet Andy J Gallagher, overigens geen familie van, naar Coldplay toegestapt. Dit maal gaat het niet om plagiaat op een nummer, maar op een videoclip. Andy is van mening dat zijn clip uit 2008 van ‘Something Else’ teveel lijkt op de nieuwe video van Coldplay’s ‘Strawberry Swing’. Gallagher vindt het onterecht als ‘Strawberry Swing’ verscheidene awards zou winnen, terwijl hij hetzelfde idee al een jaar eerder had. just found this on the internet, it was a dutch article, but it says: coldplay has a new copyright case. after joe santriani and cat stevens, also andy J gallagher (by the way, not family of) complained about coldplay. this time its not plagiarism, but about a video clip. andy thinks that his clip of 2008 'something esle' looks very simmilar to coldplays newest single video 'strawberry swing'. Gallagher thinks its not fair that strawberry swing should win several awards, because he had the idea a year ago. :dozey: well, i tried to find the vid.. but can't find it on youtube, anyone?

when you click the butterfly on top of the page you can slo download lrlrl. but is already miss the viva logo now. luckily they kept the butterfly! i'm going to miss the guys! hope the new layout means something like new album, ep, dvd, idea, whatever! at least they won't be completely away for a while

well.. i shocked when i clicked home :P didn't expect that. it's.. different. looks pretty, but i don;t think it's really.. 'coldplay' yknow. i prefer the viva style, but thats my opinion :) or they should give it more color, maybe its better then

^i think its because of the title and this sentence: But what I wanted to talk about was the fact that there are many Coldplay songs that artist have stolen ideas from. if you change stolen ideas into inspiration, it looks very different. is guess people misunderstood you :)

i already noticed, some of my friends to. but it's just that beginning part. the rest of the songs doenst even sound the same. but there are so many songs that have coldplay elements in it. i just see it that they use coldplay as an inspiration source, when you look it that way, it's a big compliment to the boys :) anyone agree?

maybe the will come with a logo or something for the name:\ it's always written in computer letters. i would love if they coninue the viva style, i really loved it. but maybe it's also great to see them with a new theme or something. or something like the first 2 albums. ahh, ill just wait for them and will love it, whatever it is:heart:

in nijmegen the hardest part was fully right. and last year at rotterdam ahoy also. but in nijmegen he said he screwed up postcard from far away. but i can play that song on the piano but didn't hear the mistake, so i think it's just to make people laugh:rolleyes:

take a wooden stick, some nails, and toppings of beer bottles (don't remember the name in english) put the nail through the topping, put 3 or 4 on 1 nail. use 4 naisl or something, than you put the nails into the stick and then just swing it from left to right xD omg that was hard to explain. we alle have so difficult words for it in dutch. :rolleyes:

coldplay really is my fav band. i also like other musicians, but not that much as coldplay:heart:

yeah he didn't look that well at the nijmegen concert.. but it was not so bad that it had effect on his voice. hope he's getting better soon, before the wembley, the great finale!

okay, yes there is an golden circle, no you don't need special tickets, yes you just can walk in till some time. you can get some bracelets, but not necesery, donno how to get those. if youre going out after that time you're not getting in again. its just for securitie. nothing special.

btw, chris' voice sounded a bit weird when he was talking.. different. but when he sang it looked allright. and at 42, it was really funny, i was standing there like OMG WHATS HE DOING!! he was playing the guitar and he was so into it he forgot to stop on time. so at one moment you saw him having a little shock, he put of the guitar and really throwed it away on the stage and ran to the piano, hit the wrong keys, but then had to laugh very hard. so funny to see. here the complete rhyming part (i recorded green eyes, happy b-day johnny, rhyming song, dutch song, death will never conquer and billie jean, anyone wants? bad quality but awh, you can hear it) when the sun goes down and there's no more light. when you play in holland for the second time in two nights. and the day .. (didn't understand that, sounded like doudidou!) if you happy bout that say WOUWOU. his name is johnny we love him so. and he.. ghhh.. i don't know! well.. uhh it should be perfect obviously but i didn't prepare this bit. oh you always run the risk that the words are really shit! oh and we will give you an extra thrill oh would you please go crazy for our drummer will. pics coming!
