  1. Belle and Sebastian vs. Yo La Tengo
  2. I also saw one once that was called Uncle Jim's Fun Time. Not sure what to make of that.
  3. Do you mean jazz-influenced or full out jazz?
  4. Hey, this was my tape. Glad you enjoyed it :) Well, glad you seemed to like most of it. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge, since it appears we listen to a lot of the same music. Here's the tracklist: Tie and Tails 1. The National - "I Should Live In Salt" (Trouble Will Find Me, 2013) 2. Wilco - "Impossible Germany" (Sky Blue Sky, 2007) 3. Dark Dark Dark - "Tell Me" (Who Needs Who, 2012) 4. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - "Jubilee Street" (Push the Sky Away, 2013) 5. e.s.t - "Seven Days of Falling" (Seven Days of Falling, 2003) 6. Widowspeak - "Thick as Thieves" (Almanac, 2013) 7. Songs: Ohia - "I've Been Riding With the Ghost" (The Magnolia Electric Co., 2003) 8. Screaming Females - "Red Hand" (Ugly, 2012) 9. Jaga Jazzist - "Music! Dance! Drama!" (One-Armed Bandit, 2010) 10. Jim James - "Actress" (Regions of Light and Sound of God, 2013) 11. Port St. Willow - "Amawalk" (Holiday, 2012) 12. Norah Jones - "Out on the Road" (Little Broken Hearts, 2012) 13. Howling Bells - "Don't Run" (The Loudest Engine, 2011) 14. Anaïs Mitchell - "Coming Down" (Young Man In America, 2012) 15. Phosphorecent - "Song for Zula" (Muchacho, 2013)
  5. Bryan Ferry vs. Belle and Sebastian
  6. There was one called Highway to Porn, but I think it's gone now.
  7. Wouldn't be surprising. At this point it's hard to see a way out of the violence.
  8. The Fugitive 10/10 The perfect thriller.
  9. Sorry I haven't reviewed my tape yet. I'll try to do it sooner, but most likely it will be a week from now when I get home.
  10. ^To be fair, he's an alien who can take any physical form, but always seems to be a white british man. I'm happy with the choice, looking forward to seeing him in the role. I was snooping around wikipedia and I noticed he was credited as WHO Doctor in World War Z.
  11. Diamonds, Turkish Delight and The Silicone Veil.
  12. Elbow - "Great Expectations"
  13. Where can I watch it online?
  14. Paris When it Sizzles 4.7/10
  15. Songs: Ohia - "Farewell Transmission"
  16. I'm not a big fan of the Police, but Stewart Copeland is amazing. My favorite drummer would be Bryan Devendorf of The National, who really adds so much their sound. The best of all time on the other hand would most likely be a jazz drummer, maybe Elvin Jones or someone from that era.
  17. Interesting lists, I'll definitely be following this. I like your inclusion of the Lawrence of Arabia soundtrack. Timeless film, timeless score.
  18. Susanne Sundfør - "Diamonds"
  19. "Little Broken Hearts" - Norah Jones
  20. Beach Boys vs. Bob Dylan
