It kind of looks like those toys that were in cereal boxes when I was a kid. You throw them on the wall, they'd stick, and then they would kind of "crawl" down the wall. Of course they'd quickly get all dirty and linty, so they wouldn't stick after that.

:awesome: The leaves have already started to turn here, it is a bit earlier than usual. I think part of the reason is because we had such a dry summer, so the leaves are already a little crusty, and that doesn't help. Yay autumn! My favorite time of the year. :nice:

Oh, I see, I didn't quite understand the full story before. Since this proposition was tagged on to another bill (defense spending, ahem), I can see why it didn't pass. It needs to be a completely separate bill, all on its own, and then there would be a better chance of it going through. I think.

Unfortunately no, if I remember correctly the description of that lot said they still stunk. So that would be stench from 1) storage, and 2) mud. Eeew. I don't even want to think about that stench, and it's not like you'd want to clean it off since that would be part of the "nostalgia" (or something like that). I imagine it would smell worse than 10-year old Guinness.

Kind of like the time I got pulled over for a "rolling stop" (slowing down at a stop sign before going, without coming to a complete stop). Two policemen flanked my car with their hands on their holsters. At first I didn't know what I did wrong (nobody gets pulled over for that). When I realized I said, "oh, for a rolling stop?" Response: "that was a little more than a rolling stop, honey". :dozey: Oh yeah, totally worth scaring the sh*t out of me. Awesome use of taxpayer dollars, especially when there are people with suspended licenses/tabs that never get pulled over and then they get drunk and kill someone. \m/

They shouldn't have given away (auctioned off) the wellies from Glasto

It looks like a hybrid of pink and red, but it is hard to tell from the picture. Maybe "hot pink"? Or fuchsia?

Not really, at least I don't think so. Ohio is pretty boring. There's a great amusement park in northern Ohio next to Lake Erie (Cedar Point), but that closes shortly after Halloween. Ohio is a bit blah unless you have a good reason to go there.
